This place is great - yes its a 10 min drive out of town, but these villas are amazing, with their own gas fires, outdoor seating and a bbq for entertaining groups & a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. It also come with two rooms with king sized, comfy beds and the most amazing shower!! It has a large lake and you cant see any of the other villas when you're in yours. SO lovely it feels like your staying on a farm by yourself.

Losari Retreat was only 5 minutes drive from Margaret River township but felt very secluded. We stayed in Ofelia (Lakeside Spa Villa) which overlooked a small dam/lake through some trees. The villa is very good quality and almost everything has been thought of by the owners. A few minor things prevented this from getting the "excellent" rating. For example, there was only a small table top ironing board when there was plenty of storage space for a full one. The push-open style draws were constantly opening by themselves. The BBQ's gas bottle only lasted one minute into cooking (however, a call to the staff saw it replaced reasonably quickly). The only issue with the building was that you could see people on the toilet if you walked up the hallway. Some people might not care but I am sure others would. Other than this, it was awesome. Great grounds, heated bathroom floor, dual rain showers, great hot spa and everything you need for a week-long stay. I recommend this accommodation providing you can deal with the rather open toilet.

Room Tip: I am sure that every villa would be a good choice as they all share the same lovely property.

I am so happy with the Losari Retreat that we have planned a trip back!
Absolute luxury.. there is no better feeling then waking to the sun streaming through your villa, not a sound around, turning on the spa and having a glass of wine overlooking the lake. The villa was very modern and perfect for couples!

We stayed for 3 nights in the endless luxury spa villa. It's a one bedroom villa, and immediately on walking in, we realised there's not actually a bedroom as such with a door you can close. If you and your partner don't get up in the morning at the same time, this will definitely cause problems like it did for us. You can hear everything the other is doing throughout the rest of the villa. The bathroom and dual rain shower was gorgeous, however, the bathroom and bedroom are separated by a glass wall and glass door that doesn't even go from ceiling to floor. Again, very little privacy. The air con is only in the lounge and barely reaches the bedroom. There was very poor tv reception, but they do have a reasonable selection of DVDs you can watch for free. The outdoor spa wasn't as clean as it should've been. Black out curtains wouldn't hurt either. It's quite bright as soon as the sun gets up. The grounds themselves are lovely. We came across butterflies, parrots, bunnies, lots of kangaroos and many birds. It's very tranquil and the privacy from villa to villa is excellent. We also had in villa massages which were lovely. In our lead up to our stay, the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Our villa was not serviced during our stay. Overall it was good. The location is not too far out of Mrgret River either

Room Tip: If you're travelling in summer, and don't like the heat, find out where the air conditioners...

What a fabulous retreat ..... myself and 2 girl friends decided that we needed a weekend away in Margaret River and had heard great things about Losari. From the moment we were greeted by the owner Kerry to the time we left, we felt very spoilt. We opted for a two bedroom villa, which was very well appointed and indeed very spacious for the three of us. It was very private, a home away from home, the beds and bedding were luxurious and the bathroom had big fluffy towels and local Margaret River toiletries. The freshly ground coffee in the morning was a real treat. Kerry is certainly an advocate of promoting local Margaret River goodies. For lunch we followed her recommendation for lunch at Leeuwin Estate and in the evening she arranged a magnificent Margaret River platter for dinner. The outdoor area is large, very secluded and quiet and the spa a perfect temperature. The wildlife is fabulous, kangaroos and beautiful birds. All three of us couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you Kerry for a lovely weekend, we will definitely be back.
ps - we loved your little dogs

This has to be one of the best retreats if not in the South West of WA, then in West Australia!. We have stayed in many five star villas and retreats, but this topped them all! The architecture of the villa is exciting and innovative. Even with windows everywhere, it was exceptionally private. From the double rainwater showers, to the hand made basin, coffee maker, remote control blinds, eco gas fire, 2 flat screen TV's, outdoor spa and day bed, king size bed - it was all luxurious and worth the dollars! Air-conditiong and mood lighting just added to the comfort. Going to sleep with the sound of frogs and waking to the sound of birds is just a delight! We will definitely visit again next year!

Room Tip: We chose the Lakehouse Jacuzzi Spa villa - more expensive but had the view over the lake. Spa - def...

Stayed in "Belle" "Endless luxury villa" for 2 x nights. Delightful, architecturally inspiring large self contained villa. Awesome double shower bathroom, with lovely hand made soaps from neighbouring shop in Cowaramup called "Moon River" - worth a visit.

Great layout, good kitchen, good finishes, lovely outdoor spa on the deck overlooking established lillipillies and olive trees. Very well done.

New management/owners in last 2mths, looking a little lost/bored/depressed, but trying hard to put on a brave face - perhaps not what she was expecting.

Someone must have spent a fortune on establishing the place - hard to recoup that kind of outlay.

Breakfast delivered on first day - simple but lovely, eating on the deck in the morning son. Surprised to find the tray still there when arrived back late in the afternoon. Also surprised that room not attended to at all during the day.

Gorgeous "28" parrots and rosellas both regular visitors. Horses aplenty, and many wallabies. Feral rabbits though out of control.

Spa smelled like a wet dog - mould/mildew/yuck, only real negative.

We will return. Thanks again.
