A lovely property. Jane and Keith were perfect hosts. They gave us insight on things to do, places to see, and where to eat. that really helped us plan our weekend activities. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The flowers in the garden were great, adding to the uniqueness of the guesthouse. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of Jane's home made goodies. Our only disappointment not being able to stay longer. We would recommend the Guesthouse to anyone who wants a quiet place place to stay with hosts that are there to take care of you.

We had an amazing time while staying at Rosewood Guesthouse for three nights with our family from overseas. Keith and Jane were very friendly and the breakfasts they provided were delicious.The rooms were clean and spacious. We highly recommend this venue with its beautiful gardens and homely atmosphere.

A fabulous guest house. The hosts Keith and Jane are the perfect hosts, available when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. There knowledge of the area is excellent as were their restaurant recommendations, definitely try Morries on the Main Street, which was wonderful, and as a guest of the Rosewood there is a 10% discount.
The gardens are lovely as to are the rooms and the house itself is large and comfortable.
Janes array of biscuits, fruits, jams and preserves are lovely and Keith is no mean cook either, the breakfasts were delicious.
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk into the main area of Margaret River where the shops, bars and restaurants are, so even the location is perfect. If you want to stay in Margaret River, stay here.
