The staff at the restaurant are incredibly pleasant and welcoming, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and comfortable. It is a little hard to find, as it is down an alley, but it is well worth the trip. The food is very good, but I did have a literal bone to pick with the chef- I ordered the teriyaki salmon bento and one of the four pieces of salmon had a few small bones in it. However, the rest of the meal was completely delicious and perfect. The other small problem I have is the number of non-alcoholic drinks; whilst there is a substantial sake, beer and wine list, there were only about 6 drinks to pick from for those who do not drink alcohol. I think that a few Japanese drinks (Ramune, calpis etc.) would enhance the experience greatly. Overall, this was a lovely meal and I would be very happy to return.
