Stayed here at the end of April with 3 friends. Booked a 4 bed dorm, but were upgraded to a family room free of charge (even though it was Easter weekend when everything was crowded!). The room was nice enough, though it only had one outlet that we could find. But there was a fridge, hot water heater and a toaster, plus plates and cutlery. There was also a fully stocked kitchen a ten second walk from our room although it got a little bit crowded at dinner time. There was also a lovely pool and hot tub, free for guests to use. There was free wi-fi, though you can only use it within the common room. All in all, we enjoyed our night here.

Room Tip: If you book a 4 bedroom dorm with 3 people, they will try their best to give you your own room!

We really enjoyed this spot during our NZ adventure. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a mini fridge. There was a BBQ, pool and hot tub for use, and it was small and cozy. It's also really close to the falls. Highly recommended!

Really nice place to stay! My favorite accommodation on my trip. 2min to the waterfalls. You can borrow bicycles for
free to go to the supermarket. Clean and nice rooms. Free grill and pool. Kind stuff. Everything was good!

Stayed here for one night, was picked up a bit later than planned after we got off our bus and we were also dropped off the following day. Check out is at 10am but we got told we'd be taken at 9:30am which seemed a bit odd. We stayed in a small private room which was fine although the walls are thin and we were woken up by a rude neighbour at 2am who was having a loud conversation on his phone I assume and after over 30 minutes I was shouting through the walls at him. The kitchen faculties are good although there's only one sink so there's a fight on for that sadly - eat early if you can to avoid the rush unless you have your own campervan. Friendly owner. Sadly we had quite a gap under our door which meant ants kept crawling under and in. There's a free swimming pool and spa to use which is cool. Very close to the waterfall which is the best thing.

We were very impressed with this campsite. We only stayed or one night in our campervan. It had everything you needed, even had a swimming pool and a hot tub! The kitchen area was very good and the toilets/showers were very clean. Owner was very friendly. Only a 10 min walk from the whangarei falls.
