Decor inside was nice, very spacious, almost bare. Plenty of space around each table to make it feel private.
Very good service, quick and friendly. Cabinet food looked good and was plenty of choice. The menu was also comprehensive and what you'd expect of a good place for breakfast.
The eggs on my eggs benedict were quite small and ever so slightly overdone, although still gooey. The hollandaise sauce was tasty although fairly sure it was out of a bottle. The muffins weren't toasted at all unfortunately and therefore the dish lacked the textural element it needed, although it was accompanied by very tasty hash browns.
The soup was literally boiling when it came out. It had been heated in the microwave, which is definitely not what was expected. Took a good ten-fifteen minutes for it to become edible, at which point it was tasty, but not the best.
The coffee was horrible, they use Cafe L'Affaire beans, which aren't very good, and perhaps the barista was partly to blame.
The place was clean and comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant despite a few hiccups with the food and coffee.
