Fraser Lodge Holiday Park
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed 8 February 2014 via mobile

This place is lovely we come with our old camper and enjoy our selfs and love the wildlife and the atmosphere of the park.
The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
Does get busy in school holidays but is great for the kids to meet and play together.
We enjoy having our own private ensuite and the camp sites are large. The pools are great and my daughter loves the jumping pillow and even better kids can ride their scooters and bikes with helmets and everyone is careful driving in and out so very safe. This park is very clean and we love staying here. Recommend going to Madison's for the best fish and chips with large serves and is a short drive away.
We well be back again this year

Good family park close to bay and shops. Gets busy and very crowded with not much open space for kids to play. Pools are nice but pretty small and has a jumping pillow. Friendly staff and cabins are modern and well looked after.

Dear “Trudge0808”

We are pleased to know you enjoyed your time with us and did find our central location convenient.

We work hard to provide a product that suits families whilst also offering a high standard of friendliness and cleanliness, so thank you - we will ensure your comments are passed onto our entire team.

Our boutique holiday park does lack open space however on the plus side - the beach is only 200m from our doorstep which has plenty of open space for all types of activity. Travelling outside the peak Xmas/January holidays when the park is a little quieter also offers more space and a very relaxing location.

We hope to see you again in future.

We love this place.
Great for families. A little expensive during peak season but makes up for it with high standards in cleanliness and quality accomodation. In a great spot too. Had a live band last night on site which was a bonus!
Very quiet at bedtime too for the caravanners and tent-dwellers!

We stayed here on the way to Brisbane on the 22/12/13 and again on the way home on the 28/12/13. On the way down we stayed in one of the open plan cabins ($117 night with Big 4 discount) and on the way back a one bedroom cabin ($205 night). Both cabins were spacious, modern and very clean but value for money the open plan cabin was the best we stayed in over a two week holiday. The pool area and kids playground were awesome. We had our four year old and two year old with us and they loved the park. Highly recommended.

Nice place and a lot of activities for kids, big and clean cottage. Kids had fun and we had a lot of rest. Close to all amenities, good service can't complain only very far to drive from Brisbane. Don't have any other complaints.

We tent camped here for two nights. The facilities are immaculate. The birds are a bit loud but the staff doesn't have control over nature. The only suggestion i would have for the park is to add a playground for the kids. However there is plenty to do with the games room, jumping pillow and pools.

Thanks for your positive review and kind words.

We are very pleased to read you enjoyed your stay with us. We note your feedback re the playground and also agree that it is a great idea. We are a little limited for extra space within our park grounds to build a playground however it is on our wish list of equipment for upgrades in the future.

Thanks again for sharing your stay with others!

Merry Xmas and we do hope to see you again in future!

We stayed in one of the Park’s “Holiday” units for two nights during our trip down the east coast. We picked a good time for our stay (late November) as the rest of the Park was mostly vacant. We appreciated the open, airy, bright apartment-like unit with its full kitchen and also took advantage of the swimming pool. It was a one-block walk to the main street with restaurants and shops. Not the fanciest lodging choice in the area but more than adequate for our stay.
