The outside facade of the hotel does no justice to the quality of the rooms. They may have recently done some renevations so the room was realy good. Very clean. It's just a 15 minute drive from the city. Being a first time visitor to Adelaide, what i realised was that this location is not too far from things to do in Adelaide. If you have a car, staying here shouldn't be a problem. Visiting Barossa was quite convenient from this location. We didn't use any public transport so can't realy comment on that.
We got a complmentary breakfast pack which was a good. We had dinner at the pub which was basic but good. Good value.
Only think the hotel should consider is using a doona in the room. You wouldn't need to use the heater if there was a doona.
