When we found this hotel on Trip Advisor we couldn't believe that you could stay here for one night and leave your car there for a week, too good to be true? Apparently not! We were very impressed with this service, as well as the general service we received at the hotel. You do of course pay a premium for this - but at $230 for a suite (which had separate kitchen/diner and lounge) but for 2 people, it was quite good value.

Whilst some aspects of the room were a little tired (bathroom ceiling, lounge chairs and tiny shower head) some aspects were really nice, fully supplied kitchenette with a 'proper milk carton, enough for tea and cornflakes!' The bed was very comfy (a menu of pillows too) and I slept very well.

We had dinner in the restaurant, which is very busy (so make sure you book). However, there is nothing around locally so the hotel residents are a captive audience. This part of the stay wasn't so great. The food was very average but at City Prices. We paid the $55 p.p. for the 'set' 2 course meal (Mains were around $35 alone) but the meal wasn't good value for money.

The thing that makes this hotel a good stay, apart from being 5-10 mins from the airports (both Domestic & International of course) is the service. Everyone from the Front Desk, through to our Waitress at dinner and the driver on the courtesy bus in the morning were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at Jet Park Hotel after a long busy day and not looking forward to the 4am start next morning...when we arrived, the hassle was taken out of having the car looked after for the two weeks we were away, Staff were welcoming, efficient, friendly and fast. We soon found ourselves in a very clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. What a great night sleep, friendly wake up call, and fast shuttle service to the airport. Our return was just as enjoyable...fast shuttle pick up at 1.30am, warm welcome, fast check-in, comfortable room, great rest. Highly recommend the Jet Park Hotel. Thanks!

Very much enjoyed my latest stay with Jet Park. The high standards I experienced on previous occasions were exceeded this time.
Reception staff was friendly efficient and made check-in and check-out a breeze.
Room 150 was clean and well furnished, with very comfortable beds and good quality pillows.
Bathroom was spotless and well equipped.
Room service was excellent, very prompt and delivered by a lovely lady who was very friendly and courteous. Food was excellent as well. I very much appreciated the range of vegetarian options on the menu.
I look forward to staying at this Hotel again in the future.
Well done to the Manager and all staff, you guys rock!

We stayed overnight before flying out to Australia, the staff were friendly and efficient and I would stay there again. We dined in the restaurant and our meal was very enjoyable and we also had two cocktails each. Overall a very postive experience.

Stayed there quickly on route to Queenstown. Nice and clean rooms and friendly staff nice bar area and good value for money. There is a free shuttle that takes about 20 minutes to arrive. Phone the hotel immediately when arriving otherwise it could be quite a wait. A taxi is $35 if you don't take the shuttle.
