We had a large group of 14 and were sent a trainee to take our orders, which the majority arrived incorrect. The room was freezing and the music intrusive. When one of the meals was sent back because it was asked to be cooked medium rare, it came well done. When sent back the chef argued that that was medium rare. When it came back again being asked for rare, it was dripping in blood. The desserts were the infamous sticky date pudding and arrived cold. We had to ask on numerous occasions for water for the table, and someone to take our drinks orders, and cutlery. They were short staffed, but that doesn't account for the level of service.
