My wife and I were here as part of a group tour for three days. On the way to Jaipur we were told that we had been upgraded due to renovations taking place, always good to hear. We never noticed the renovations but were ecstatic about our upgrade to a villa room. It had the largest bed I have ever seen, felt like an acre of mattress; a huge bathroom with a sunken bath, huge walk in shower, double marble sinks a glass wall and a private garden behind the glass. Outside the bedroom was a private garden with swing seats and other garden furniture. Just right for "sundowners" after a stressful day site-seeing.
The pool area was beautifully landscaped but our three days were so busy we never got to try the pool. The food in the buffet restaurant was excellent but there were so many people trying to eat at the same time that queuing for food proved a bit arduous. I am sure that the layout of the servery could be better managed to avoid bottle-necks.
I would love to return to this hotel for another longer visit.More
