We stayed for one night, in a Garden suite, the most expensive room they had at $160 per night. It was extremely run down, worn carpets with stains, chips out of the mirrors, mold growing everywhere in the very tired bathroom which was due for an upgrade 15 years ago. Some of the towels were stained! It appeared permanent tenants were living in units next door, with their washing hanging all over the surrounding bushes and buildings. These people also made noise all thru the night. Bed was as old as the decor and uncomortable. Unit had a kitchen with an oven - but no oven trays etc and did not have a microwave. Generally grubby. I expect MUCH more for $160 will never be back.
