Went to the corrugated art exhibition today. It is much better displayed than when it was in Tauranga. Just amazing. We also had time to watch the 16 min explanatory video - most interesting. There was also an unusual Chinese themed exhibition in the second gallery - I enjoyed it too. This gallery is always worth a regualr visit, it is free, has friendly staff and an interesting shop with little artistic items for sale and books to read in comfort on the big sofa. But wait there's more - the staff are friendly and it is free!!! I will bever bother again to go to Napier's MTG gallery when this one is so much better. There is also an incredible collection of carved pou (totems) in the garden outside the gallery.
