This course is expensive for the conditions, and the greens are so small it's almost a joke. But it is one of the only courses in the area, the people were nice, they have a pool that you are welcome to use between 9's, so overall I'm glad I went. I just didn't think it warranted the $125 we paid to play there.

We go almost every Sunday to this course to play in their 9 hole tournament. It is fun, includes breakfast, a nice cold towel and a chance to win prizes. The owner and staff are very nice. When you are finished, take a nice swim in their pool or grab one of the best hamburgers in their clubhouse along with a beer. If you like golf, you need to go here!

We went to Papagayo on the day of the earthquake in September and had the whole course to ourselves! The owner and his staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We paid about $100 US per person to golf including rental clubs, which we thought was reasonable for the location. The course was kept up nicely and hole 18 is the hardest Par 3 we've every played. We would have loved to just played that hole over and over. I would definitely recommend this course.
