The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, it had a mould ridden shower, the shower screen was cracked and it was dirty. Other than that the bed was quite comfortable and it had clean sheets, my boyfriend had a little but of trouble starting the air conditioner, I suggest that you put up some signs telling people how to use it? I immediately knew how to use the air conditioner, but some people aren't that tech savvy. The grounds are fantastic, there's always gardeners doing their job, but I think they should pay more for cleaning staff.

Not very happy about our stay here for 2 nights end of May 2014. We were given a cabin directly across from the reception. It was very noisy, with cars coming and going at all hours. The room itself was uncomfortable. When you sat on the lounge, you sank to the floor, the bed was like a piece of board, no bedside tables or side tables to put anything on, the main table was rocky and the kettle had a label that it was purchased in 2010 and due to be tested again in 2011? The outdoor shower gave you a double shower, as when you stood on the floor tiles they squirted water back up on you. Reception not helpful at all, checked us in and that was it. Over all not impressed.

Room Tip: ??? wish I knew

Stayed here in April over the ANZAC/Easter break and it was great! The cabins were a great size, had a double bed and a bunk bed, tv, cooking facilities, 2 pools. The restaurant (i think it's called savannahs) was great, the food was delicious and you get the crocodile spring rolls. It's a short 2 minute drive to Katherine CBD.

Beautiful shady grounds with a variety of accommodation options. I stayed in a motel room which was clean and comfy. Service was excellent and friendly. There are two well maintained pools to choose from. Very quiet, close to everything and with a great restaurant this is the perfect place to stay.

Big van sites alongside concrete slabs with every site having its own ensuite and lovely grassed area between sites, yes they charge top dollar but then why not
The ensuites could do with an upgrade as they look the eighties but all is very clean.
A short 500 metres to thermal pools, quiet location and licensed top quality restaurant makes this one of the better parks with friendly staff who look after you very well
