“Beautiful!”
Reviewed 8 May 2014

Such a gorgeous little place! We spent a morning there in early spring and it was wonderful. Lots of little shops (although some are a little on the pricey side) and great cafes. The trees are magnificent as well as the rivers that surround. A must for those who enjoy photography.

“Quaint vill”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

Arrowtown was a very quaint village that was a former gold mining town. They have some very nice shops and cafes, a former Chinese settlement, and some beautiful rivers and scenery where can still pan for gold if you can get up stream with 4 wheel drive vehicle. You can spend some nice leisure time here.

“Autumn in the valley”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

The smell of autumn and wood smoke. The nip in the air that says winter is on its way. A great little town for a Sunday morning stroll.

Absolutely superb craft festival under the golden trees in the warm sunshine. Love this town. The trees in autumn rival Canada!

This is a cute town to visit with kids. Its fun to take a picnic there and visit the small jade and opal factory there too.
