Description: The Dog and Partridge offers a comfortable space for socialising and meeting friends over a drink or two or having a meal in our well established restaurant. Part of our success is the warm welcome you get from the owners Grace and Tomasz and the rest of our staff. Our team of chefs are fanatical about producing fresh food that taste great and that means sourcing ingredients locally and cooking it fresh every day. We have a diverse range of products that are healthy and delicious and some that are a little naughty but still delicious. With a good choice of food and drink, open fire, brilliant garden and a warm welcome to both locals and those visiting our area no wonder the Dog and Partridge is bustling with people. With an added bonus of being able to bring your dog booking a table to eat specially at the weekends is a must.

This is our second visit and we really like it. Both times its been buzzing with people and lively, good for groups and couples. whilst its still relatively small inside you dont feel like you are squashed in. There is a small bar area and seperate restuarant area. The menu has good quality fresh food, not an extensive choice on the menu but always specials too. The seafood risotto and salmon is really scrummy and enjoyable - good choice of wine. One request though by 8pm they had run out of the special, this time it was Tuna steak. The staff are friendly, relaxed and attentive - Great find thanks

It just about hangs on to being a pub, but the interior largely made up of tables for restaurant dining. With it's pub appearance the prices do look high. But the food is actually very good. I had a burger on their special burger night - not hugely adventurous choice, but an easy thing to do badly (and to feel ripped off for, at the prices). But it was excellent, and fantastic onion rings too (they can be hard to do properly).
Only thing, being a restauranty place, the bar prices for drinks are high, which makes an informal drink not very attractive proposition.

First impressions of the D&P are extremely good. Nicely presented and friendly staff but very much a restaurant and not a pub, although there is a nice garden for sunny days. Living locally it had been a while since i had been back here but now I realize why. Although the meal was good, there could have been more choice, a very poor cheese board (one slice of cheese doesn't count as a cheese board) which again was overpriced. Good range of beer but expensive at £4.90 a pint.

In short they are in an expensive area and serve good food but the price just takes the edge off it and gives the impression of being ripped off. But it was full so there are plenty of people who appear happy with that.

This was the first time that we've been to the D&P and I must say we were not disappointed . The food was excellent and very well priced. It's a very friendly restaurant with great atmosphere. It has a feeling of a place in London very nice indeed. Would recommend the burgers they are fab.

We had a very good traditional Sunday lunch, served by friendly staff. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. They made our dog particularly welcome! Definitely recommended.
