“Comfortable and excellently equipped in idyllic surroundings”
Reviewed 12 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We stayed here with our daughter (6) and close friends with children of a similar age and a baby (8 of us in total). The barn was kitted out with everything we could have wanted and there was even a welcome pack of essential provisions to make us comfortable after a long drive. With small children, walking in the locality wasn't really an option but Pembrokeshire is blessed with beautiful beaches which were only a short drive away- the fantastic weather that week was a great bonus!
The Barn is full of character and is finished to a high standard with obvious care. The owners, Dave and Rebecca were clearly very concerned that our stay should be as perfect as possible as evidenced by their excellent communication both before and during our visit- it was a real pleasure to meet them at the end of the week.

“Excellent location, with loads of room for everyone.”

The Barn is in a quiet little village, just far enough from civilisation to feel like you're "getting away from it all", but close enough to the coast so that a trip to the beach doesn't have to be a day-trip.
We were sharing with family - four adults and four children - but there was more than enough room at the Barn for us all to enjoy it without it feeling crowded.
Ideally situated if you want to go walking in the hills, and only a 20-30 minute drive from some stunning sections of the Welsh Coastal path.
Dave and Rebecca were very welcoming, emailing regularly before our visit to make sure the rooms were set up to suit our needs. They met us on arrival to show us around, and texted us occasionally during the week to check if we needed anything.
We all had a brilliant time, and would highly recommend staying here.

“Brilliant, everything we could need and more.”

We loved staying in this beautiful barn conversion. It was homely and the open plan made it sociable whatever we were doing, be it cooking, watching TV or just reading the news. Facilities were great with lots of things for the kids to do both inside and out great garden and views and we really appreciated the fresh flowers in the rooms.
Although it was a 20 minute drive to the coast it was worth the drive, there was a small minimarket in the local village if you don't want the longer drive to the supermarkets at Cardigan or had forgotten something and local take away's there too if you didn't fancy cooking who would deliver. Great whether you love beach holidays or walking and cycling, something for everyone. We had a great time , thank you for sharing your lovely house.

“We loved it!! Beautiful home in an idyllic setting. Close to coast and plenty to do nearby.”
Reviewed 23 June 2014 for a stay in August 2013

The Barn at Tegryn, was a wonderful home from home experience. The huge open plan kitchen made it a really great family holiday, as we were all able to be together around the table and also around the fire. The house is well equipped. We had lovely walks from the barn. We enjoyed the gorgeous beaches nearby. the scenery is breathtaking. We especially enjoyed catching crabs and mouching around the little villages and towns. Can't recommend the whole experience enough.
