Was sat down early evening, ordered our meal, would you like baked potato, fries or mash? Ohh, we will both have baked potato thank you. Sorry, we have NO baked potatoes left, would mashed be ok? Sure, we will go mashed. 5 minutes later, waitress returns, SORRY folks we have no mash left, FRIES? Comment from staff, this is a regular occurrence.
Seriously HOGS it's 7.15 at night in a tourist hub and you have run out of potatoes, disgraceful.
What the hell are you doing? You are a business, a service provider and you cannot provide the service.
Perhaps send one of your staff to the New Woolworth's and buy some potatoes?
Perhaps establish a vegetable checklist to ensure you can cater for your customers?
Under the above circumstances, a more sincere apology and an offer of even a cup of coffee may have made some difference.

ONLY if we hear the management are taking their business seriously.

On a good note, our Steak was very tender.
We rated the atmosphere as poor due to uncontrolled children, not just a little noisy that's fine, but virtually uncontrollable. Perhaps staff should politely intervene with a request to settle, as several surrounding tables were clearly not happy.
