We passed this restaurant each day we walked along the boardwalk from Airlie Beach to Marina Shores where we were staying. The restaurant always had a crowd, regardless of the time of day. the food & atmosphere are deserving of this. Compared to other places we visited in the area, the quality of food & variety of wine was terrific. We ordered 4 hot tapas dishes which was enough for 2 people to share, only criticism, was all dishes came out together from the kitchen, so 2 were cold by the time we got to eat them, it's a shame they didn't stagger them leaving the kitchen, $19 for 3 cold scallops wasn't cool. I think the restaurant is fairly new, so I'm sure with tweaking, this will be recognised as one of the best in the area.
