We have had the pleasure of staying with Peppers Coral Coast 3 times now, and each time our experience has delighted us. This time was for my wife's birthday, and we were treated with a personal touch that we haven't ever experienced with large chain resorts. From the warm greeting at reception and effortless check in, through to the "Nothing is too much trouble" attitude from the bar and wait staff. the food was exceptional! and the dining views of the whitsundays amazing!.The room was beautiful, spotless with uninterupted views of the ocean and islands.
We have already planned our next visit, and are actively promoting our wonderful experience to family and friends!

We stayed there at Peppers for two nights for the Masterchef Package and OMG. Room was awesome and the view just amazing. Food was to die for. My god the Scallops were divine, and the rest of the meals we had were all to die for especially the Gin and Tonic Sorbet, wish I had a big bowl of it in my freezer. Overall our stay at Peppers was one never to be forgotten. We will be going back for my birthday with friends and I can't wait. So many wonderful words to describe everything about Peppers but you have to go stay there to understand what I mean. Thank you Peppers Coral Coast for a great time. See you again soon. Remy

Room Tip: Do the Masterchef Package.....

We stayed at Peppers Coral Coast Resort to unwind at the end of the Victorian fire season (not that 2010-2011 was too severe), and to help our northern friends to recover from the recent floods and cyclones. To be honest, we did have a package deal, but that did not lessen our appreciation of everything.
Our unit, which I believe was in Langford block, as was mentioned in another review, was most spacious and well appointed, with a great view from the balcony. We could have cooked our meals there, but chose to dine at Tides Restaurant at the Resort, as we needed a good break. The food was excellent and the staff could not have been more attentive, helpful and friendly. This applies to all staff, whether at the restaurant, the front desk or on domestic duties.
As the Resort is some distance from the main street, the shuttle bus was most welcome. The Resort is situated on the side of a hill, but it has been beautifully landscaped and the units will become more secluded from one another over time.
We had some unseasonal weather, which was very windy and wet, but it did not stop us from enjoying two trips around the Whitsundays: one on the catamaran "Camira" and one to the outer reef. We also did some walks in the nearby National Parks and hired a car to do some touring, which included Proserpine and Dingo Beach. My wife also appreciated two massages during our stay. If the weather had been a little warmer, we probably would have used the pool. We enjoyed our week away and have no hesitation in recommending the Resort to others.
As we are older folk, we find it difficult to comprehend the fascination with beds larger than a "double" and with spa baths. We would appreciate less spa bath and a better designed shower, that has a door, to prevent water from splashing over the floor, in what is a relatively confined space. This is definitely an occupational health and safety issue. As we have been in the hospitality industry ourselves, and as a general rule, we do not need to have our towels changed every day, in order that we leave a lighter footprint.

Room Tip: We were happy with the top floor of Langford block

Dear GeoffRanger,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your recent stay at Peppers Coral Coast. We appreciate your support indeed and are chuffed that you chose us to unwind after your fire season. Mother Nature has certainly challenged us all in the past months and we send our best wishes on to everyone who endured such difficult times.
I am pleased you found the team accommodating across all areas of the resort, your feedback makes us very determined to continue to deliver quality service. It sounds like you were able to really explore the property and the region and make full use of facilities and activities despite the unwelcome weather, I’m glad this wasn’t a deterrent for you.
In regards to the towels we do have a template card advising guests to please hang their towels if they don’t want them replaced as we do try and be as sustainable as possible. I have reiterated this to the housekeeping department to ensure they are following procedure.
Once again thank you for your informative review and we hope the next time you need some R&R that you’ll consider Peppers Coral Coast.

Kind Regards,

Leonie & The Team

I stayed at your resort in September 2010 with my fiance, and we were both blown away with the resort. Our bathroom was magnificent, the bed was the biggest we've ever seen, the views outstanding and the service flawless. As a pregnancy pick-me-up my fiance then organised for myself and a girlfriend to stay at the resort in April this year, when again i was blown away with the standard of the hotel. The staff were exceptional, and went out of there was to help wherever possible, in our room, in the restaurant and in the spa. Well done Peppers!

Wonderful sevice at a wonderful idyllic location. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The staff are an asset to the resort. The rooms are 5 star quality with a spa bath that is to die for!!! The view is sensational. The day spa was a treat that is highly recommended. So relaxing to be pampered for a few hours. The restraunt food is some of the best we have experience and once again the staff were excellent. Our only regret is that our stay was all too short. We will be back!!!

Room Tip: Stay in the Langford Block. The best view!!!

It is up a steep hill but that makes the views awesome. There are Free shuttle buses to town or a taxi will only cost $10.
The rooms look amazing. The Spa was "Really" good but it took a while to fill up because the water pressure was quite low. Maybe cus i was on the top floor? Bed was firm but it was two single's joined. An option that i chose.
Bath robes made me feel right at home. Couch was really comfy and there was a big balcony. Washer, dryer two TV's. Everything i needed.
Room service was lightning fast and it was the best food i had on my trip to Airlie. There is also an 'Endota Spa' service which unfortunately i ran out of time for.
Price is up there but i booked online through a last minute site and saved some money.
After speaking to others i found out if had stayed 7 nights i would have got some good deals.

Dear Hartyhsv,

Thank you for your most informative review. Catering to Royal standards is all part of the service!
I am thrilled you enjoyed your top floor apartment on your stay. It is also pleasing to see you made use
of the bathrobes and they made you feel right at home.
We hope to see you again in the future when you next visit the Whitsundays and need a home away
from home.
