This boutique hotel is lovely, in a unique position right on the beach and has a very nice ambience. The owner and her beautiful poodle Lucas were lovely and very welcoming. Unfortunately two of the staff were not at all helpful or customer oriented. The last morning we had to leave the hotel by 6.30 am and asked to help ourselves to a little something for breakfast, breakfast normally starts at 7 am, and our wish to have breakfast at 6 am was declined, which I thought was a huge shame. Also, regarding an adapter that I had borrowed and that didn't work, the lady made a huge fuss of it, blaming another staff for even lending me an adapter and wouldn't stop making a huge deal of it. It was very unprofessional, especially as there were other guests there too witnessing it, and it was embarrassing and awkward.
