Very disappointed in the service here at the lounge. We had a large group for afternoon tea and it was one issue after another.
The wrong order was put through (despite us having preordered). It took 45 minutes to be served champagne (well sparkling wine as they didn't serve the champagne they were supposed to). To be fair the food was ok (but not amazing) but issues over the bill left a very sour taste in our mouth.
If you don't want people to pay via card then please advise in advance. Also do not say that you can't process cards - you chose not to. When spending well over a thousands dollars on arvo tea we expect better. This place has a lot to learn.
