We have stayed at Lurline House on a number of occasions, and it is also a very much appreciated venue for our annual Christmas in July along with a group of friends. Suzanne and Peter are wonderful hosts and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The venue is beautifully appointed and special attention is paid to all the little things. We have always found the rooms and common areas to be wonderfully welcoming and homely, and most importantly Suzanne, Peter and all their staff are warm and friendly. All over a fantastic experience.

Room Tip: All rooms are individual but equally lovely.

Each July / August my wife and I, together with another 6 couples, spend a week end away in either the Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands or Hunter Valley. We have been doing this for many years. This year we went to the Blue Mountains and stayed at Lurline House. While we have had many pleasant experiences no hosts have been more attentive and welcoming than the owners of Lurline House. They were wonderful and extremely efficient. Breakfast was simply amazing. They catered for all our needs for the entire duration of our stay. We do like to stay at different places but, given the attention we received (and the quality of the facilities provided), it will be difficult to go elsewhere when we next visit the Blue Mountains.

Beautiful mountain resort b&b. Warm and welcoming hosts, beautifully appointed rooms with spa bath, delightful atmosphere. Very close to major scenic attractions as well as shopping. Very comfortable and warm on a chilly winter day. The hosts were particularly attentive, giving helpful advice about what to see and do. The breakfast, freshly prepared, was excellent. Not overly expensive ... great value for the money.

Room Tip: Each room was charmingly individualized. Not all rooms have the spa bath, so if you would specifical...

We stayed here last year and had a great experience. Best B&B experience so far. We were welcomed with cake & tea. The bedroom was great and the breakfasts were something for us to look forward. The hosts gave us great local tips of how to visit attractions without over paying. Thanks for the great stay!

This is, without doubt, one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in. Not only was the room warm, clean and attractive, it also had a quirky style with the TV on the old kitchen range! The owners were completely attentive, offering excellent advice on choices for meals and attractions and the breakfast was a beautiful fresh array of food, including cooked to order. I would recommend without hesitation.

I just can't fault the place - great location for sightseeing and a very welcoming host. On arrival tea in the lounge was a pleasant surprise. The room was very colonial and comfortable that opened out on the front veranda. The lovely touch of not only chocolate but a calendar of the area was a lovely touch as we visited just after New Year. The breakfast was perfect and cooked in front of us which again is a nice touch in that you can chat to the host as he cooks. The little courtyard outside is a little haven if you want to see the parrots come down to feed.On coming in from dinner it was a treat to help yourself to a glass of port before bed. the quality is testament to the host's [sorry forgot the name :-( ] background in major hotels. I love the place and next time I'm in the stunning Blue Mountains there would be nowhere else to stay.

Room Tip: Just book one !
