The Greens was even better than the website portrays. The welcome was warm as if we were old friends arriving to visit, chocolates next to the bed, the room was large and luxurious. The whole bed and breakfast was finished to the highest standard with no expense spared and attention to even the smallest detail. The breakfast was fantastic better than any five star restaurant. The rooms were cleaned and serviced every day, the lounge was relaxing, the gardens were beautiful, the whole place was warm, every detail had been covered to ensure that guests had a happy relaxing stay. I cannot recomment the Greens highly enough and Hayley and Richard were helpful, friendly lovely people. We are returning again next month and know that it will be another holiday to remember/ We would not stay anywhere else in the Blue Mountains. It was as if it was brand new with all the trimmings thrown in.

We stayed at The Greens in late May and had a wonderful time. Hayley how hostess could not do enough. Unfortunately the weather was against ....poured rain most our 3 days in Leura. The Accommodation is perfect, extremely clean with very modern bathrooms. We stayed in the Shakespeare room which had a spa bath in the bathroom. We also got to check out the other rooms and they are all lovely. Breakfast is cooked with options of fruit salad, cereal, toast and croissants. Hayley's creamy porridge is to die for. You must try it! There is also a pool table for use and computer access for those who need it. We highly recommend The Greens of Leura and are planning on a trip back to the blue mountains to see the three sisters in the future. Thanks Hayley and Richard for a wonderful time and we certainly enjoyed our talks.

We were nervous about picking a B & B but had tired of the sameness and anonimity of the hotels so risked it. I sent several emails to a selected few in Leura where were wanted to stay - we picked Greens partly because of the warmth of their reponse. We struck lucky - everything was as described and more importanty all in good condition - in fact the luxurious bathriomm could have been brand new!! Hayley was a lovely host and gave us tips about where to go and where to eat ( see my review aobut PINS on Megalong) If we pass this way again we will definlte stay in the Shelly room at Greens.

We stayed here for just one night in February, whilst on a whistle-stop tour of the Blue Mountains. Four of us stayed here in total, so we had two rooms between us. Our rooms were clean and luxurious feeling with great four-poster beds and swish spa baths. Our host was very friendly and chatty and was keen to make lots of local recommendations. What really made this place was the small touches - chocolates when we arrived, free drinks and snacks to help yourself to in the lounge and lovely toiletries in the bathrooms. Our breakfast in the morning was excellent - heaps of fresh fruit, cooked food to order and lots of lovely bread. The only thing that let it down a bit was the leaky shower in the bathroom which went all over the floor! But all in all, we thought this was a lovely place to stay.

My sister and I stayed in the lovely Bronte Room for two nights. The twin beds were very comfortable and the room was decorated in the period. Our breakfast consisted of a serve yourself spread of drinks including coffee, tea, orange juice, fresh fruit with yogurt, toast and cereal. We were then asked if we wanted a hot cruisant and a cooked to order main. The hot meal was either an omelet (with other ingredients) or eggs cooked to order either served with beans and tomato. What a great way to start the day.
Hayley and Richard were extremely helpful suggesting things to do and where to eat. Husband and wife were very friendly and you could tell they enjoyed meeting people.

This was the best B&B I ever stayed in. We had a big bedroom which was decorate in "old English style" but very nice and cosy, big windows with lots of daylight coming in and with a big en-suite bathroom. I think there are about 5 guest bedrooms and they all seem to have similiar size which is plenty for two people. Breakfast was vast, with everything from continental to English, the B&B is also run by 2 English people. They are very, very friendly and helpful with regards to how to spend your time. There's also a huge pool table in a room adjacent to the guest lounge (plenty of sofas for the guests to relax in the evening although we never met anyone there). There aren't too many restaurants nearby as Leura is quite small but it's only a quick train or taxi ride to Kattoomba.
