“Charming and Inviting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 November 2013

The staff at The Lily Pad are extremely friendly and attentive. There is never a shortage of smiles and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fresh and tasty and the prices are quite reasonable. I look forward to visiting again soon.

“Fresh cafe with outdoor courtyard & good gluten free options”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 October 2013

Charming cafe in a lane way with a few ponds with fish around. Little kitchen but. Yummy fresh food. The chai is terrific, the coffee is good, ad the food is made from scratch and fresh.

Child friendly

They have a good kids menu that is well priced. We ordered our son a ham and cheese toastie. It was made in nice thick bread with quality off the one ham and good cheese. The little milkshakes were also a treat for them and just $5. There are high chairs and little space for children to wander. They were also I've. Sme colouring pencils. They were happy, we were happy!

GF options

Impressive selection of GF pancakes, cakes and lunch options.

Friendly staff - good little find!

“A clear favourite”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 September 2013

in my experience..consistently attentive service, brilliant food (always), cheery staff - 1st choice for Sunday breakfast but it does fill up quickly so book or eat early. Avail yourself of the throw rugs provided if you happen to be eating in the courtyard on a chilly day :)

“Excellent cafe lovely fresh food and great friendly staff!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 September 2013

I visited on a sunny warm day and the atmosphere outside next to the ponds was great and peaceful. Food was fresh and tasty I had the chicken and mushroom pie with halloumi and peach salad and my partner had the honey mustard chicken melt all well worth the price. Very friendly staff.

“Delicous, a hidden treasure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 August 2013

Off the main drag, this little cafe (behind the Woolies carpark) was a real find. A group of 10 of us rolled in at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and had a delicious late lunch. Many of the menu items had sold out during the day but there was still a good selection. Service was fairly good, but they were quite busy.
Decent prices.
Recommended.
