We stayed in Unit 9 of this complex - a front facing two bedroom apartment. The general upkeep of the apartment was well maintained, and there was good quality furniture and furnishings. The kitchen had a good set of appliances, crockery and cuttlery, and appeared very clean.
The pool area is quite small, and didn't get much sun, so not a 'resort' style area. The only drawback on this property was that the front deck was mostly unusable - any breeze picks up into a gale force wind on this side of the building, and at times the chairs were being blown over - whilst it was breezy down at ground level, it was cyclone weather 4 floors up.
Operating the elevators with a key is a bit cumbersome when you have your hands full of beach bags or grocery bags, but good for security I guess. Not much noise from other units except for the next door neighbour who decided to do washing and drying at 11pm at night which was quite audible in the second bedroom.
