Stayed in apartment 201 for an eight days. Great sized apartment for family. This is on the first level which put our mind at ease with two young children. It has three bedrooms, master with ensuite, good sized combined dining, lounge and kitchen area. Good sized outdoor balcony that has a covered area with comfy seating and dining table. It is triple the size of those on the upper levels. Swimming pool at the rear and undercover car parking. The location of the building is directly behind the main Mooloolaba Esplanade with numerous arcade walk through that gives walking access to great shops, eateries and the magnificent patrolled beach. Overall great place to base yourself and explore the Sunshine Coast although we found everything we needed in Mooloolaba.

Spent two nights mid week in a two bedroom apartment with ocean views. it was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the management and staff were are all lovely and accommodating. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in the near future. I would also like to add that both my partner and myself felt very comfortable being a gay couple. Thanks for a great stay :)

Room Tip: Ocean rooms are beautiful.

Have just returned home from a Fri / Sat night long weekend stay. I could have moved into the Seamark and lived there! Location is ridiculously close to the main Esplanade / beach. MAYBE 2 minute walk... but it's probably closer. My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom Apartment. Chris & Lyndsay arranged for the 2 single beds to be made up in one huge mega size King bed so we didn't need to argue over who slept on the single. Bottle shop, Irish Pub, Coles, millions of cafe all super close. LOVED IT!

Great location, close to the beach, nice view from the balcony. Beds not comfortable at all, hardly slept the whole 10 days unfortunately. Bathroom floor was very slippery when the shower had been used by a couple of people (we had 5 adults). Needs a little updating in the rooms but for the price was okay. Very friendly staff, very helpful when required. Great parking in secure underground carpark. Lovely pool but needs a rail near the steps to help older and not so agile guests exit the pool safely. A spa would have been nice!

Room Tip: Upper floors ensure you get a bit better view.

Had three nights here in July on our family holiday in a 3 bedroom penthouse. It was a beautiful apartment very clean and tidy, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen which was a nice surprise most places only have the basics. Very spacious plenty of room for us being a family of 6. It felt like home. Great location we walked to everything shops, beach, underwater world and restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and City. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. We loved it there and can't wait to go back!
