We received very good service & a great rate as we went off peak. We visit Mooloolaba 3-4 times a year and Landmark is in a perfect position to walk to everywhere. We will definitely be back! Reception allowed us to book in early - thanks!

Room Tip: A/c unit was VERY noisy, balcony very hot in the afternoon as faced inland, otherwise - terrific val...

I've been to the Landmark many times and it is now my preferred place to stay whenever I am on the coast for business or pleasure. Units are clean and comfortable, views and location spectacular, staff friendly and helpful and security good. What more could I ask for. Landmark is close to everything, and even has a 24 hour a day grocery store underneath in case you forget something.

Room Tip: Did not use spa and got my own breakfast, as I had a lovely well equipped kitchen. Higher floors are...

We had room 224 , big balcony with 2 sunbeds , looking on to hotel in front but didn't bother us. Room was good on first impression and pleased. Later to discover bed gave us both a backache could do with a good quality mattress. The shower and bathtub was a mission to get in and out if your still
Young and flexible , not recommended for the mature aged. But over all this hotel is very nice and next time we will be taking the kids and booking a bigger apartment with sea views.

Booking via resort was easy. Position was perfect, walk out of the resort onto the patrolled beach. Right beside the surf club and cafes and restaurants right there. We had a studio room - Queen bed and sofa lounge. My 16 year old had the sofa lounge but unfortunately it was buckled and unsuitable to sleep on, though he persevered for three days. Reception checked it out agreed it was inadequate, provided a rollout bed, which then cramped our living. Evidently they were fully booked and we couldn't be moved to another. We took it in our stride but for ten days that wasn't good enough, beds should be standard and comfortable. Queen bed was very good though. Room cleaned mid-stay. Really could be more often. Clean towels at least. Reception people friendly.

Room Tip: Ask if the fire alarms are over sensitive. You should be able to cook toast without fear the alarms...

This is our second year staying and we had a great time. We had 180c views of the ocean and we only had to walk a few metres to the main beach. Our accommodation was of a high standard and the resort was surrounded by take away stores, restaurants and was right next to the surf club. You can do as much or as little as you like. We would highly recommend Landmark Resort.

Room Tip: I would definitely choose an 'executive room', if possible, which guarantees you the magnifi...

Our relationship with Landmark began in 2011, for the start of our honeymoon. This is where we fell pregnant with our first child and this Christmas we took her back for our first Christmas as a family.

Our room was amazing and the day spa on site was exceptional.

I will say our room need a bit of a clean as the carpet was a little dirty on our arrival and there needs to be greater instructions on the use of the television.

The views from our apartment more than made up for the few little things that were not quite 100%.

We will be back.

Our stay at the Landmark was very average for the price paid. The rooms were small, 70's style with extremely average and limited facilities for a self contained apartment. On the day we checked out (6 floor) the entire floor smelt of the rubbish shoot which had not been cleaned out from the weekend which also filtered down through to the reception area. We would definitely NOT stay or recommend the Landmark hotel for families to stay at.
