“Glass Bottom Boat”
Reviewed 3 March 2014

Lady there recommended we take this tour and best $20 (per adult) you will ever spend. Owner Petraya loves his craft and makes the 50 minute tour very entertaining - he could/should charge more. Pity it doesn't come up when searching within Trip Advisor for "Bicheno Glass Bottom Boat"

“Fabulous Tracey a font of knowledge”
Reviewed 16 February 2014 via mobile

Arriving 5 minutes before closing Tracey in the information office had us,after a few different budget options, booked into a fabulous cabin at the holiday park.
As we arrived on a public holiday she told us where was open for food and a quick orientation to the area.
We had been advised by the equally fabulous and chatty(!!!) dawn in the Swansea information office to see her colleague Tracey at Bicheno, both ladies were great.

Great service, friendly and welcoming.

“Worst information center ever!”
Reviewed 10 February 2014

The lady working the information center is only there to book you rooms and charge you extra for doing so. Not at all helpful. We asked where we could access the internet and she sent us to a internet office that was closed. She then sent us to a hotel that did not have free internet but 4 hours for $25 and a rude lady that ran the place. Finally we asked a tourist and were told that the small park across from the information center offered free internet. Skip this entire town unless you are a walking ATM.

“Helpful and Friendly”
Reviewed 9 January 2014

It is worthwhile going here as the staff are friendly and the information provided is good. They have a lot of good advice and can assist in tips for areas such as Wineglass bay and Doulas Apsley National Park.

The lady at the counter was very friendly helping with all our enquiries.
There is a small fee to pay when you use the centre to make bookings though.
