Great location just 6 kms outside Busselton Town Centre on the road to Dunsborough & Margaret River. Beautiful grounds, friendly helpful staff & a surprisingly good restaurant.
The room I had was one of their Resort rooms and was suitable for a single or couple and was clean & tidy throughout (although the TV in the room was rather small) and the room was looking a bit dated, still it's only a place to spend the night, so no complaints.
The complex is well spread out with many facilities, indoor & outdoor pool, 9 hole mini golf, squash & tennis courts, bike hire, conference room and as mentioned a restaurant (Spinnakers).
While only staying at the venue for a couple of nights, I really enjoyed my time there and heartily recommend it to one and all.

Got a lastminute.com deal for a standard Villa for 13-15 Sept. 2013 Upgraded for free to a two bedroom Villa. Fast, efficient check-in.
Ate at Spinnakers restaurant (on site) and was not charged for fourth person's meal that arrived later than ours. They even offered to take the three meals back to the kitchen and return with fresh meals all at the same time. We declined, and only found out at payment time that we would not be charged for the late meal! !! I don't know how long it's been that we've encountered such great customer service. Not bad for Fri 13th. Well done to all at Spinnakers.
Huge two bedroom Villa. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of pillows, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk. Extra blankets, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, mop, brooms, dustpan, dishwashing liquid, crockery and cutlery, toaster and kettle, microwave, four hotplates, 5.5kg washing machine and dryer plus airer. Tv and dvd player. And patio with table and chairs.
Extremely clean.
Great split system air conditioning to keep us warm.
Ok... the decor IS stuck in the 90's and DOES look tired. But for the extreme cleanliness, great amenities and fabulous location: direct beach access it's great value for money.
We would definitely stay again.

Second time here with family of 2 boys who lov the paths to ride bikes all day. For what we pay $100 night it is fine, but seriously the damp and mould cover up in the 2villas we have used is shocking. We are mild asthmatics and find it instantly triggers it off. The dated fit out of the place is typical of a foreign owned chain spending no money for a long time. The place is stuck in the 90's but has a great location and grounds. Needs $$$ spent or be happy with very budget living.

Booked this place for my 30th Birthday to explore the Margaret river region with my girlfriend.

Driving up to the reception, the grounds of the resort are lush, green and open. Reception looked smart and the receptionist slightly awkward but polite.

We booked a resort room as there was only the 2 of us not one of the many villas for families. Resort rooms are attached to the reception building and I feel have the best location as they are the closest to the beach and swimming pools. Room was large, clean, quite dated but fine as a base. Bed was smaller than a double and considering the size of the room I felt was poor. A double at least would have been nice, there is easily room for a super king never mind a standard double.

So apart from sleeping with my feet out of the bed (I am 5'10") we had a peaceful nights sleep.

Overall I would recommend this place if you are on a budget. If not, splash out on somewhere else.

Room Tip: Resort rooms have best location and views.

We really enjoyed our stay, two bedroom villa was very comfortable, for the family. Heated pool was great and tennis courts, but the mini putt was a bit over grown and the games room was a bit costly. Good location with bike paths on along the beach. Overall would definately recommend this accomodation for a family holiday.

Had a few days here with my kids, great place the kids were able to ride their bikes around without needing too much supervision. Indoor swimming pool, beach access, games area for the kids. Loads to do would be great in summer so am planning a return trip.

We stayed this school holidays in a two bedroom villa. We received a great deal, as it's the winter season. The villa was clean, presented well, had everything that we needed & even included a complimentary bottle of wine. Complimentary pop corn was also provided to go along with the free unlimited DVDs to hire, available from reception. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The kids had a ball on the bouncy castle which was up each day during the school holidays. The kids also enjoyed the ducks about the gardens and possum spotting in the trees with the torch at night. The heated indoor pool is a great thing - especially in the colder weather and we loved that the beach is directly behind the resort! With direct access and only a two minute walk! It's so close that we could hear the beach from our villa. There's no shortage of things to do here - tennis courts, games room, mini golf etc..We ate at the onsite restaurant and the service was great. The service we received from the reception staff was absolutely wonderful. The staff are so warm, friendly, welcoming & great at what they do. All of the staff that we interacted with during our stay were great, but Andrea in reception stood out for me, providing absolutely brilliant customer service!!! Thank you Andrea. We had such a fun, relaxing and enjoyable stay here & would not hesitate in staying again. Such value for money & a perfect family friendly holiday spot. The resort wasn't noisy at all and so relaxation came easy. Look forward to staying again. :)
