It feels great to walk barefoot along the waters edge, or it would if all the garbage did not scare you off. The beach and car park is littered with trash and cigarette butts, and the beach is constantly covered with smelly seaweed. Nothing more than a hangout for low lives and bogans go somewhere else for your holiday fun.

Halls head has best beaches in Australia hands down, such hidden gems and natural beauty. Access is easy and many secluded spots, our fav is opposite dome cafe on the point.

Great part of the coastline with clear water and sheltered swimming for families. Sun shaded areas, clean toilet amenities and lots of lawn to spread out a picnic blanket.

This is a delightful beach with a shady tree, barbecues and the great Dome Cafe opposite. Very calm especially good for small children. However, for months there has been smelly horrid seaweed which makes it impossible to take my small grandchildren there..and no-one has bothered to remove it!! oh dear.

Very calm good beach for families to take a picnic and enjoy the day? It would be very unusual to find the beach crowded.
