This must be the most noisey hotel room ever - adjacent to the security gate so you are well up on the coming and goings as it swings open and shut all night long.Overall, clean. Laughed at the descitpion of a garden view room - really? overlooking the car park?

Over all very comfortable, bed was super comfy, rooms clean and spacious, shower was a water saving shower head that wasn't great. No bath or spa.
Take milk and BREKKY otherwise Dome cafe isn't far and it's the only place open before 7am..
The view of the quays is sensational.

Room Tip: All rooms have quays view.

This hotel room is fine. It has everything I need, car park in front of the door, big bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen tv, security gate. It's a very short walk to the centre of town, has a grocery and liquor store right next door.

Other reviews have mentioned the apartments seem 'tired'. I'm not paying huge dollars so I don't care. This is very clean and functional.

My only suggestion would be if you are seeking service and polish, then pay a little more. If you're seeking a clean, comfortable room a short walk from restaurants then this is just fine.

Room Tip: Don't expect luxury when you're not paying for it.

This is the second time we have stayed at Quest Mandurah, we stayed for two nights, the position is great, the room service on the second day was ordinary, the room we were in needed some TLC and a good clean, the staff were not very welcoming , Not sure if we would stay there again,
Security gates were great

My girlfriend and I booked a room for a Saturday night which was a special, included a bottle of wine, we were upgraded before we arrived to a 1 bedroom apartment.
The apartment is spacious, very clean throughout, has everything that you would need for a 1 night or week long stay.
The reception staff are excellent, cannot fault them in any way, helpful, friendly and so obliging when we asked for outside chairs and late check out.
The pool and spa area would be fantastic in summer, although a touch cold this time of the year, kids did love the heated spa. The estuary backs onto the pool area and is a beautiful spot to sit, relax and have a quiet drink with friends.
If you have trouble with stairs you would need to ask for a ground floor room as the stairs are quite steep.
IGA & bottle shop very close by, which is very handy.
I would highly recommend!

Room Tip: If you have trrouble with stairs ask for a ground floor room

The family and I recently visited Mandurah and needed an appartment. The unit we stayed in at the Quest was quite comfortable and reasonably well appointed but did show it's age, I'd second some of the other reviewers comments about mismatched crockery and lack of utensils. The unit was clean overall but not spotless, several appliances and items of furniture had a nice layer of dust on them, nothing to freak out about but showed a little lack of attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay there and recommend the Quest to families.

Unbeatable location, right on the marina, with childrens' playground on your doorstep, and relaxing view across the marina. Modern styling with quality fittings, linen and inclusions. Unit had more of a "kitchenette" than kitchen, so not well-equipped for preparing a full evening meal, but with restaurants only metres away (sheltered walkway)... why would you? Do not bank on doing much food preparation here. Serving OK, preparing - not. (Beware of setting off the smoke alarm!) Staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I stayed with my 3 kids (aged 3 to 10) and we all agreed we had a fabulous time, and would be happy to stay there again for a long weekend.

Room Tip: Go for top storey, looking across marina.
