“Wow - misty at the top”

Climbed the tree as we started out on 3 day Bib track hike. Exhilarating climb and great view across the tree tops.

“Great if you love a challenge”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 July 2014

You can climb to the top of the tree, but it is very high and we weren't game enough! The walks laid out are also very relaxing and a great way to kill time if you are a bit of a nature buff.

“Revisit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014 via mobile

The information and history on this place was interesting. The climb along up the tree was a little scary for me as I only made it 1/4 way up but is on our list to do this year when returning. Hubby and me will climb to the top to get the whole experience.

“A great climb.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 June 2014

My 11 & 35 year old kids climbed this tree. On retrospect they wished they had climbed it before the Bicentennial tree as it felt like a bot of a non event after that!
But still a great climb and wonderful views.
I stayed firmly on the ground this trip - I climbed it when I was 4 months pregnant 24 years ago so didn't feel the need to repeat the exercise!!
