We spent a week at Pump Hill Farm in February. The stay was part of our 2.5 week Western Australia vacation. All the cottages have a great view. The décor might slightly dated, but the beds are very comfy and the cabins are very clean. The kitchen has everything needed for self catering.

Our kids (4 and 6) loved being able to run around freely and explore the farm. They are still talking about the hay-ride and feeding the animals at 8:30 every morning. Now my son wants to be Farmer Dan.

My wife and I also liked the hay-ride, but the ability to relax and enjoy nature was priceless.
100% recommended!

This was our third stay and this time stayed in the Red Gum Cottage. The rammed earth cottages are quaint, however they are now a little dated. The internal features was appealing however not practical. The location is fantasic and well suited to families.

Best farm stay we could dream of. Clean and comfortable accommodation, tranquil environment, friendly animals, very nice hosts, and free wi-fi! The hosts had thought of everything visitors might need. We had a great time.

My wife and I were invited to stay over the new year period by a friend who had a member of their pre-booked group cancel at the last minute. We took our 3 children (age 1, 3 and 6).

It was absolutely fantastic, very quick drive into town for any supplies you might need but it is beautifully secluded along a long Karri lined drive (stunning at night when the trees are floodlit).

The owner/ operators are gems, always greeted with a smile like an old friend, and it was a treat when young Charlie was there opening the gate for us on the morning tractor ride (found your name on the playground too Charlie!).

The animals are well looked after and generally very tame, including a few of the lorikeets who will eat from your hand.

Crazy ducks, noisy donkeys, placid horses, greedy goats and everything in-between.

Self contained units are clean, tidy and well equipped. Sitting under the stars on a clear
Night is a must, and take if you have the chance walk along the driveway at night and spot the owls and bats in the trees.

Overall, beautiful stay and will be making sure we head back soon!

Great views of the countryside and the Karri forest. The kids loved the daily hay ride to feed the animals and Farmer Dan and Farmer Stuart were great with the kids.

Great location, 2 minutes drive away from the main Pemberton strip but secluded enough that the only noises you hear are from the birds and animals.

Really enjoyed our first stay and will definitely be back

We travelled in a group of 6 adults and 2 young children. By the time we arrived in Pemberton after a long drive from Perth, it was already evening and we were extremely tired. But Lucie, who did our check-in, lightened up the mood with her warm and friendly service.

As the homestead was unavailable during our stay, we stayed in two 2 Bedroom Cottages instead. I was excited to see a fireplace in the cottage! Something new for city dwellers like us. We had fun setting up the fire, and chopping our own wood. In the morning, we were greeted by the lovely sight of the cows grazing right outside our cottage and the guinea fowls and peahen flying over to our doorstep.

The kids (and adults too) had a fantastic time during the hay ride and animal feeding. It's a wonderful experience! We would love to go back there again! :)

We stayed in late August 2012. It's tucked away in a corner of Pemberton, but the setting is lovely, amidst forest, each unit a separate cottage by itself with its own log fire (chop your own wood, too). For a city slicker like me, this was novel in the extreme. Kid friendly place as well, with a daily tractor ride and animal tour that involves petting and feeding. Kids will love it.
