Stayed here for 2 days and found it really good. Don't have any complaints whatsoever. Booked a 1 bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Slight walk to beach and Hastings St but hotel provides complimentary lifts on a golf biggy so it wasn't an issue. Pool and steam room were good

The service from when I checked in was professional, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel like the Outrigger was a "home away from home".
My room was like an oasis. Peaceful, relaxing and loved the bush outlook. For me the location was perfect being away from the hustle and bustle and busyness of town. The walk to shops and restaurants was an easy stroll. Loved the lap pool and the restaurant for breakfast was a great start to my day.
As mentioned, I really like the location of Outriggers, the peaceful environment, the views and the bush. No dislikes.

Dear Daddo 04, Thank you for devoting your time to write a review on your recent stay which I will share with the entire team. One of the positive features I hear all the time from guests is the fact that one is so close to Hastings Street and the beach and yet one returns to an oasis surrounded by the Noosa National Park. Thank you again and we all look forward to welcoming you back to Noosa. Kindest regards, Alex Chapman, General Manager.

It's pretty hard to complain about this resort.

A group of friends and I booked one of the larger, 4 bedroom suites, and we were absolutely floored by the quality of the rooms. Enormous beds, bathrooms and living areas. Two huge balconies with breathtaking views. Multiple TVs, stereos and other entertainment options. Massive fridge and brand new kitchen with brilliant amenities. Great room service too!

We especially loved the private pool for villa guests, we made great use of it and loved the piece of exclusivitity.

Our only complaint was that of the restaurant. We had dinner one night and were told almost straight away that they had "run out" of certain foods. For a 5 star resort in the middle of a tourist town with easy connections to suppliers, we found this incredibly strange. When the food did arrive, it was incredibly average - my chicken was soaked in balsamic vinegar and tasted dreadful. When I complained, I was essentially greeted with a shrug.

Highly recommended for the stay, would eat somewhere else though.

Room Tip: If you can afford it, get a villa.

Dear Syvergy, I really appreciate you taking the time to post a review on your recent stay for which I will share with the team. We receive wonderful feedback on the Deluxe Villas and the fact that guests receive exclusive access to Brookes Pool with the magic views over Laguna Bay. I will certainly look into your experience in the Restaurant and discuss with our Executive Chef to ensure we don't have a repeat of this. On behalf of the entire team, our sincere apologies for not meeting expectations in this area. Again, thank you and we look forward to welcoming you back to Noosa. Kindest regards, Alex Chapman, General Manager.

Great position and great staff - very friendly and helpful. You can shut the room up which is fabulous for sleep ins! 9am feels like 2am it's so dark ! Wonderful.
Disappointed with the nylon blankets - wasn't comforting at all and the room we had was loud as it was close to the view restaurant - between the garbage bin, the cars and the buggies it was as serene as I expected.
Everything else was fantastic. Just make sure you get your toast before you plate up your breakfast (toaster is so slow!) or your breakky will be cold by the time you sit down.

Booked a 2 bedroomed apartment, very impressed with size, layout and facilities. Downside is that we were put on the ground floor which meant we did not have great views but, more annoyingly, could hear the generator from the main reception building right in front of us through the night and also had the driveway through the resort v.close to where we slept so noticed headlights etc.... They may well have put us in this room as we had an infant with us and so it was easy to get pram in and out (although there is a lift so a higher floor would have been fine). Would happily go back and stay but probably when our child is older as the balconies and walkways are not at all infant friendly i.e big gaps that little people could fall through - our son is not even crawling yet so not a problem this time. Apt was meant to be serviced daily and full bedding change done midweek, we found the servicing often happened very late in the day when we were in and so we just asked for fresh towels - our bedding was never changed for the week we were there. Gym, pool and Spa are lovely.

Great location. They offer a golf buggy to transport you to and from but seriously its only a 5 minute walk up a gentle hill.
Rooms are beautifully decorated. Modern, Rainforest view amazing. Parrots come to the verandah and try to eat your breakfast.
No bath robes in room when we stayed and when we asked for them we received robes that had obviously shrunk in the wash and were a very poor quality fabric. Dont think their contact box works on their website as i emailed them twice via the site and no response at all. Pool very nice although would get a bit crowded if the place was full capacity. Didnt see any BBQ areas for families to gather around in the grounds. Games room looks like fun although all require money if you want to play anything.
Steam room great and bathroom facilities if you want to leave your bags on last day after check out (if you have alate flight) great.
Eat at Gaston between sunday- wednesay. Great deal and amazing food. We Melbournites were very impressed.

Room Tip: Rainforest view great for one bedroom suites.

Hi Gingertwig, Thank you for your feedback, your comments regarding bath robes and contact forms will be promptly addressed with the respective departments. Given our location in the national park we are unable to offer bbq’s due to fire restrictions. Again, we appreciate your comments and look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind regards, Alex Chapman, General Manager.

Had a great 4 night stay. Rooms are great.

With so many of the places to stay in Noosa seeming run down / old, its nice to have a nice modern hotel.

No complaints at all, not 100% sure about the 5 Star rating but it is very nice.
Day Spa is fantastic also - had an awesome massage!
