Took the whole day trip with a group of friends. Easy to book and a convenient pick up. Friendly staff who passed on information in a manner without overload. The trip to Famagusta was very interesting and the border crossing smooth and trouble free. The visit to the beach and the ghost town was interesting. This was a good value trip that anyone staying should try and take part in.

Fantastic day out!!.. we stayed in Protaras, but booked the tour before we left the UK..to make sure we got a seat on the top deck of the open bus.The bus was bang on time near our hotel, (don't be late because they won't wait)!!. It was a scorching hot day in September..nice when the bus was running..but hot when it stopped, (make sure you have a hat)!!..and your passports..as they have to be shown when going over the border!!. Our driver was Helen..and guide..Ian..fantastic people and very knowledgeable!!..sharing their information along the way to Famagusta where we stopped for lunch. After about 90 minutes we were taken to Varosha, on the beach where the line is drawn between Turkish and Greek Cypriots. Looking over metal and barb wire barriers to the deserted hotels and beaches..with a Turkish soldier looking out for people taking pictures, (don't do it)!!. We were there for about an hour.. then back to to the bus for the journey home. This is a snapshot of a fantastic day out..well worth the money..make sure you add it to your Cyprus itinerary!!

This should be on every visitors itinerary. We left it late in our holiday to do this and chose to take the 3 hour village tour which opened our eyes as to the history of the island and it's current situation. Seeing the dividing line, the sentry posts and the deserted locations brought to life with an excellent commentary, only in English.
Just once in a while the wind noise overcame the commentary but it failed to spoil the experience. Booking this tour was unbelievably easy. Just text 'TOUR' to their number and they ring you back immediately. Magic!!!
Our next visit will include the whole day tour on this 'original red bus tour'.

Fantastic value bus trip with knowledgeable guide and friendly service.
We did the whole day tour which visited Northern Cyprus and the beach at Famagusta with time to explore the walled city, see the deserted area of Varosh and swim from the beach. There were older and young couples, families and groups of friends and it was suitable for all. The guide took particular care of those who had very young children and pushchairs.
Next time we will certainly go on the Village Tour, just didn't have enough time this holiday.
Thumbs up for the admirable work this company is involved in by giving profits from small souvenirs to charity. Check their website for details.

Now call the Original Red Bus Company due to another firm trading under Authentic Red Bus which is copy firm but guide is in Russian.
This company does the talking in English during really good trip. Driver and Guide are both English, know their stuff and put it over in a good way. The Trip to Famagusta was interesting and worth the trip. Good information but not blinded by too much information. Would really recommend this trip with this company if you want to know a bit of history and we had a really great day.
