Stayed October 2013.
Accommodation was very good quality and clean, separate bedroom and then kitchen/living room. The balcony was small, but big enough. The kitchen well appointed with everything we required during our stay.

The pool area is lovely and very clean. And was also fairly quiet.

As noted by previous reviewers the location of the apartments is extremely good, for the old town, harbour and also the night life. There are lots of places to eat around (and in) the apartments.

Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel 15th-23rd September and we were blown away. Firstly, we were a bit apprehensive about going to Ayia Napa hearing the stories we have done from other people. But when we arrived at the hotel lobby at silly o'clock in the morning we were more than impressed.

Everything was sparkly and clean and we were greated by a friendly member of staff who checked us in a told us where our room was. When we got to our room we were amazed by how big it was! We had a lounge area with a sofa and tv, kitchenette area, bathroom and good sized bedroom with another tv. Our balcony was massive with table and chairs and a double sun bed with a shade cover over the top. We looked out onto the street but that was more than okay because as soon as you shut the door it's quiet. As everything has just been renovated its very modern and clean.

Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast, a hot and cold mixture suitable for everyone. Lunch is off a set menu which is nice. Really good portion sizes. And dinner was ok too, ate out a few nights just for experience. We recommend Frankies which is attached to the hotel.

The pool area is very nice, always enough space and able to get a sunbed. The staff come round with cold towels to cool you off which is really nice as it was hot!

Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries and supermarkets along nissi avenue. Nissi beach not far either, 5 minutes in taxi for 7 euros, 25 minute walk or you can get a bus for 1 euro 50 each way, also good to know that it runs 24 hours a day. Napa sqaure is a 5-10 minute walk but you cant hear any noise from it at the hotel. I also recommend visiting Portaras, we hired a little doom buggy and drove up there which wasn't far.

Wi-if is available in the hotel lobby for free, but when lots of people are using it, it goes really slowly. You can also have it in your room but you have to pay for that.

This hotel is not for people who are going to Ayia napa sqaure every night. It's a quiet family/couple hotel with just the right atmosphere. We both really enjoyed staying here and it's one of the best holidays we have been on, the staff really make the holiday and they can't do enough for you. We will definitely be back next year!

Myself (Emma) and my fiancé (Dan) stayed here between the 18th-29th September! We were given the old style room but it was still ok, although I would of preferred the newer styled rooms the hotel has a lovely welcoming atmosphere with karaoke every Saturday and greek dancing, totally agree with the below comment about John the barman aka Johnny!!!! he is the best so warm and friendly a really great guy will never forget him or frank and mike! great team! met some lovely people here on holiday too! Fab location too! Would come back again but would insist on being put in one of the new refurbished rooms!

Room Tip: Ask for the new style rooms or pool view these are the best.

My boyfriend (21) and myself (23) stayed here from 22nd -29th September 2013.

Where to start.....This hotel is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in and the best holiday we have ever had!

Rooms - we were in room 203 which over looked the road and had the biggest balcony ever with a double four poster bed on it which was a lovely surprise.
The apartment was massive with a separate bedroom and living room and the bed was so comfy!
Both rooms had a flat screen TV and the entire apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

Service - the staff at the hotel just made the holiday so perfect! They cannot do enough for you! Especially John the bar man he is so friendly and really makes you feel special! I.e if you try and order a soft drink you will just end up with a beer or a cocktail :)

The location is superb with shops bars and restaurants on your door step but you don't hear any noise at all at night.
Nissi beach is like paradise and only a 10 min bus journey or 25 min walk.

You can always get a bed by the pool and the staff bring round cold towels in the afternoon to cool you down.

The holiday overall was perfect, everything about it. We cannot think of a single thing we would change and this is all thanks to the amazing people at the Melpo Antia!
Do not be put off with it being in Ayia Napa, it's a beautiful place and this hotel should be 5 star without a doubt!! :D

Location, walking distance to all cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs, lounges, beach ... Rooms are very clean and the hotel is very quiet ... Not recommended for party people, I mean if you want to party at the room ... But they are ok with visitors ... My room had a pool view, so it was the best location ... If you going there, request rooms not facing the parking, I think they might be uncomfy ... However, the sound proofing in the room is excellent. In addition, the outside restaurnat (Frankies) is the best in Ayia Napa, do not bother and search among others, just go for it ... Wifi is free at lobby area, charges apply for wifi in room (7 euros a day or 20 a week). Mcdonaldz is facing the hotel entrance and it is 24l7. The only thing I didn't like was the AC in my bedroom, I did not feel it is cold and the maintenance team said it is working fine and they were looking at me like "what are you complaining of, it is normal and cold". The AC in the living room was cooling, so we leave the door open at night and use its cool air.

Fantastic hotel and holiday!

Having booked a lads holiday (4 of us) we wanted an all-inclusive hotel that we could just chill out during the day after going out clubbing the night before and this hotel offers just that!
I don’t know what the hotel looked like before the refurbishment but they’ve done a great job. We stayed in a studio room and couldn’t believe how modern the rooms were, has everything you want..even a hob etc should you want to cook yourself, having a full size fridge with freezer was great. The room was very spacious and surprisingly the beds were really comfy too.

The food in the restaurant was lovely and have never been to an all-inclusive hotel that has a set menu for lunch which was great as there was plenty of choice and they brought it straight out to you. And for dinner they had different theme nights each night which was nice as having the same thing each day can get boring!

As for the staff, they were top draw! Always up for having a laugh and a chat. But made our hotel experience even better was John the barman who’s originally from England. He made sure that the drinks were flowing and even made us a special cocktail (no idea what it was!) As you can imagine measurements were generous! Had a lot of time for us and telling us all kinds of tales etc.

Pool is lovely and like some people have said on here..it’s easy to get sunbeds without having to get up at 8am! The staff bringing around a cold towel was a nice little touch despite it being in September it was still hot! It was very quiet which was ideal after nights out, we were able to just sleep poolside.

As for location well if the clubs are what you’ve got in mind then this hotel is ideally placed as it was only a 5 minute walk to the main strip (maybe a 20 minute walk home after a few beverages) and there are a load of options and as you can imagine club reps were trying to get you into their clubs by offering you loads of deals..make sure you barter! Despite being out of season it was still quite busy out, just not so many English kids! Went to the local beach but would recommend the short taxi ride to Nissi beach as it’s an amazing beach with crystal clear water but is mega busy so make sure you get there early!

Overall we had a great time in Ayia Napa, hotel offers everything it says on the tin and couldn’t of asked for anymore! Would recommend to anyone!
