Hotel was was very clean, housekeeping team amazing, within 5 mins of saying I did not have a duvet on sofas chair bed one arrived, double, next day a single one arrived.
Not mentioned anywhere is the amazing olive grove sun loungers with sea view no charge. We adored the olive grove adjacent to pool area.
Beach was fantastic hired a beach hut thingy for a day 20 euros fruit and water supplied. No idea why a waste of fruit.
We had a great holiday but would never ever go back.
Being all inclusive we were treated like second class citizens, not allowed at beach bar, herded at mealtimes to certain areas, kept wanting to put us inside.
Meals were lovely apart from puddings, white goo as we called it covered everything. Little pots white goo ,stuff sprinkled on top, platters white goo with fruit n strawberry sauce splattered on top. Sponges with same white goo n strawberry sauce. Dry tasteless black hard sponge, yellow soggy squares of sponge. White goo was fake cream. 90 percent of puddings had the goo!.
Sauna and jacuzzi a joke over20 euros each to use and no indoor pool to use after as not heated!.
Outdoor pool too cold so activities abandoned!.
What hurt was my sis ordered a cocktail after someone ordering one, in the main bar looked nice in a cocktail glass, what sis got was a cocktail in a water glass!. This is not an all inclusive hotel!.
No attempt made to make guests feel special, more herd all inclusive together and then look after guests paying cash.
Continually felt not allowed to sit here or there, asked to move for cash guests.
Sandwiches meant to be in downstairs bar non existant, although trolley with sandwiches got pushed along he corridor.
Fish resturant we were not allowed in being all inclusive was bizarre, few customers all ushered to the same seats at the front, loads of staff, back exit door steps popular gathering place,
We had a fantastic holiday, due to us enjoying each other's company. But we do know all inclusive and this hotel is not!.
Check out was weird handed back room card, towel card all that was said was you have nothing else to pay!. No hope you have had a good holiday or anything really, no have a good flight !.
Beach, olive groves made this location good!. Herding us not so!.

Great, slept/drunk Ouzo in the secret sea view olive grove most days. Love this place, from the lovely English girl in the roof top bar to the older waiters downstairs with old fashioned manners. Very sad to be leaving tomorrow.

I have to say, the longer I stayed at this hotel, the more I liked it.
Spacious rooms, good food, great service and most importantly beautiful beach. The rooftop bar is amazing. A bit of a shame that it's very quiet. Maybe not all guests know about it? Close to Ayia Napa town (taxi costs 10euros) but far enough to have a relaxing time away from the crowd.

There were a few hiccups such as as we got to the hotel late at night we noticed that one of the mattresses had a deep dent which, if we slept on it, would have hurt our backs badly. I don't know how this had been missed by the housekeeping when making up the room. Luckily it was replaced promptly after we called the reception.

It's not really all inclusive as the safe isn't free, you can't get a drink in the levels bar, you have to pay for sun beds on the beach even though there's a label on them saying 'paid for by your hotel'.. not sure what's that about. We got the large bed for 1 day. It's 20euros and you get a fruit platter and a bottle of water included in the price which was a nice touch.

There was no kettle in the room so to make milk for the baby at night and mornings we had to run downstairs and ask for hot water which was inconvenient.

Before going there we though we would get a babysitter one night so we could go out for dinner without the baby but it was 17 euros per hour... way too much.

All in all, we had a lovely time and would recommend the hotel to others.

Lovely hotel , friendly staff, bar the upstairs outdoor Zen bar, which the waitress totally ignored us , dancing at the bar, chatting to barman , after looking at them both chatting for 5/10 mins we decided to go elsewhere ... otherwise the rest of staff super .
Air con turned off at nite, just air blowing so client assumes it's on, unfortunately a trick used by many big hotels ...not on in the beginning of October .
Would return without hesitation, but will insist air con turned on .

Room Tip: Sea view a must

What a lovely hotel! We had a junior suite with our own jacuzzi which was on the large terrace with sunloungers, it was perfect. The room had a Nespresso coffee maker plus a kettle, fridge, bathroom with bath and shower plus a lounge area with a TV as well as the TV in the bedroom. It was close to the restaurants and the pool & beach areas too.

We thought the food was excellent, plenty of choice for all meals and very tasty. We ate at the fish restaurant twice as it was so good and as we were all inclusive plus we only paid once as you get one visit included up to the value of 30 Euros each, more than enough for a starter and main as your drinks are already included.

You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach but thats the case in Cyprus as the beaches are public. It was 7.50 Euros for 2 beds and an umbrella which was needed as the sun was so hot! No issue getting sunbeds at the pool if you are not fussy about where to sit. Some areas are better than others though and you need to get your towel down early to get them.

Rooftop bar is excellent and has stunning views over Ayia Napa at night. They do some good cocktails here but they offer more variety at the cocktail bar downstairs. Levels beach bar is also great and in the perfect location right by the beach. It closes at tea time though which is a shame as it would be the perfect location for an evening drink.

Evening entertainment a little hit and miss. The breakdancing/fire dancing boys were amazing. The entertainment team though i thought were a bit odd. They didn't encourage anyone to join in, no letting anyone know when something was starting so if you weren't there you missed it. They were around at dinner at the entrance but sometimes wouldn't say a word to anyone waiting to be seated despite standing next to them! I saw one of them snap at some kids in the pool who accidently splashed her!

If i thought one thing that could be improved it would be to have non-smoking areas around the pool. It's quite a compact space and some days it felt like you couldn't get away from the smoke.

It really is a lovely hotel though and will be even better next year with the new pool areas!
