“Eh”
Reviewed 25 April 2014

I love museums, especially archaeology museums, but this one didn't have much to offer. Very beautiful and contemporary space, but they could have done much more with it. Wasn't really worth the time or money.

“Thalassa Museum”
Reviewed 19 April 2014

Modern museum set over 3 floors. Marine life exhibits with a full size replica of the Kyrenia boat. Good to do on a rainy day or a break from the beach. A few minutes walk from the main square.

“Nice attraction especially for kids”
Reviewed 19 April 2014

Visited the museum about three times on different occassions. It costs 4 euros for adults and 1.50 for children so overall not pricey but worth a visit. It hosts temporary art exhibitions, a gallery of fish/mammals and shells but the highlight is the Kerynia replica ship. It also has a small shop where relatively good priced relevant souvenirs can be bought as gifts. A nice 1-hour break for families and sea lovers alike!
