Having booked All Inclusive we arrived to find that the hotel only offers Light Inclusive. This means that food is included but drinks are limited to six per day which they tick off at the bar so they know how many a day you have had, I feel like I was back at school, it also included not being able to have soft drinks and water with the heat you can easily go through six juices and water leaving no drinks for the evening! Some of us also liked to drink bottled alcoholic drinks from the fridge which was marked down for 2 drinks out of the six which wasn't very acceptable considering they was small bottles, we then got told a day later that the fridge was out of bounds for anyone with All inclusive bands and if we wanted bottled drinks we would have to pay for them the same as the cocktails we could only have certain cocktails anything that was blended was not allowed or any branded drinks we could not have either. We then decided to bring juice and water into the hotel from the shop up the road and got told of by the staff for having it in the hotel as it is not theirs I found this very strange considering although in January and February when we all booked this through Ayia Napa Takeover it did not say anything about 6 drinks per day and was fully inclusive with paying a lot of money for a all inclusive hotel and only being able to receive a certain amount of drinks a day it is not worth it. The breakfast was ok the same every morning, The lunch menu was in plastic wallets which inside stapled was the menu with at the top saying only 1 cold or hot dish, The cold dishes had 3 things which didn't look appetizing, the hot dishes had around 5 things which was only a few things that some of us liked including a plain pizza, a chicken dish, a pork dish, fish and spaghetti, on the second day some of our friends decided to open the wallet and discover that there was a menu underneath full of better lunch choices and a lot more to offer, we then got told of for opening the wallet and pulling out that menu as it had been changed by the manager so they didn't have to supply a lot of good food for the lunch they all got taken away the next day as we wasn't allowed to order anything off it and had to pay for it if we wanted anything from it.
The hotel is good and well maintained otherwise . The pool area is beautiful with ample sun beds and a lounge area. The hotel is right on the beach. The food was good and plentiful, something for everyone. Some of the barmen were lovely others could be very rude at times. This holiday was let down by the fact that it was miss-sold as All Inclusive but didn't offer the service we had booked.

The hotel is very good and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful with ample sun beds and a lounge area. The hotel is right on the beach. The indoor pool is cool and air-conditioned and the gym is well equipped and modern, however the sauna looks as if it has been closed for years. The food is very good and plentiful, something for everyone. The staff are exceptional, friendly, polite always checking your ok. The barmen Constantine and Bobby are experts at their job and the customers love them. They can also direct you to the best clubs! This holiday was let down by the fact that it was miss-sold as All Inclusive but didn't offer the service we had booked. Also the manager/boss was loud. Always shouting at the staff or into his phone. We found this to be disruptive and unsettling, he should use an office away from the guests who are trying to relax. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU REQUIRE AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE.

Room Tip: Ask for a Sea or Pool view.

The Piere Anne Beach Hotel is a contemporary complex of entertainment and resort, composed of two blocks. There are several pools between these blocks. The hotel is recently refurbished and is placed in a tranquil seaside area with natural exuberant surroundings. The Piere Anne is in 350 m distance from the picturesque harbor and just 500 m from the famous Ayia Napa Monastery.
The hotel is within a walking distance of the Ayia Napa center with its stormy nightlife, restaurants, taverns, discos and all modern entertainments you would expect.

. Me and my wife wanted a hotel right on the seashore with reasonable price and we got it. Spent one week there. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner were not something special, the same every morning and evening. Though hotel is very close to sea, there was a stoney shore and only good swimmers like me could pass dangerous rocks. My wife stepped on animal with sharp needles and needed a doctor. Good sandy beach and marina are only 5 minutes walking. Best thing I remember about this hotel was private balcony with excellent sea view.

Room Tip: Definately reccommend to choose a room with sea view: the opposite side rooms see a noisy luna park...

We spent 10 wonderful days at Pierre Anne. We booked a room in the new wing, where all rooms have a balcony looking at the sea. The lobby is in the old wing which is all right, but the "spa" below need renovating. Anyway we spent all of our time outdoors, so if you need the spa for a good holiday this hotel is not for you. The hotel is close to the noisy Luna park, but in these rooms when you open the window all you hear is the rumbling of the sea. The rooms are clean and large, cleaned every day, fresh towels every day, friendly cleaners. The food is above all expectations good variety and plenty of choice. The food never runs out, is refilled immediately even in the closing hour all choices are available. We were happy to meet two Hungarian girls on the staff. all staff members were friendly, open, helpful and young. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view room in the new building. Rooms looking inland are very noisy, as a Luna park is...

I just came back from a week vacation in Pierre Anne, I was sure for 100% from the reviews that this hotel is terrible, but I had no choice because it was the only available hotel left.
I was extremely surprised!!! this hotel is very very good.

it's not my first time in ayia napa and I was sure that the location is bad, but in reality it's location is very good, 5 min from the beach and 7 min from the square with all the parties.

the room was very clean and big enough, at the check in they told me that they will clean the room once in 3 days, but they cleaned it every day.

the food was the biggest surprise! it's wasn't terrible at all, it was good! every day different menu with a lot of variety.

the pool is excellent with a lot of hot girls in bikinis. and the best part is that there is no problem to bring girls to rooms.

I recommend it very much!!!!

I stayed at hotel pirre anne with 3 friends of mine, Its a good Hotel but have a few bad things also such as:
*The Room Its Big Enough.. and the maids Clean it Everyday... but i dnt know from where Cockroaches Come... -.- and there are many Ants also.. Dont worry Their Harmless haha :p.
*Everyone Keeps Saying the Food Is Bad ... well i was there its not the best Food but it is ok... nothing wrong with it. u dont have much a choice.. but the Food is fine..
*About The Location its not bad u can Go Walking to The Square where all the Clubs/Bars are there, it takes About 15-20 Minutes walking... or u can just get a taxi for 8/10 Euro... Also its Far From nissi beach so u also have to take a taxi to go there..
*The Staff are Fine and everything else is Its A good Hotel Far From the noise .. and Drunk people and hangovers.. so i Suggest u Go There... it is good to stay in . One More Thing there are no troubles in that hotel or if ur afraid to have a Fight with other People the staff wont allow that and also wont allow other people to make a noise so ur safe and comfortable There.

Room Tip: I Suggest You Go There Its A Great Hotel Not The best but its good Enough...
