We stayed from 25Jun-02Jul2011 (1 week) and generally satisfied with this hotel. Fortunately it was not the hotel with huge building, so you quickly get known the staff. Guests we mainly from Russia, Switzerland and Germany. Many of them were family, so it was quiet in the night. There is free Wifi at recdeption (not in the room).
Location: Basically we wanted to have a hotel not middle of Ayia Napa (approx 4km away), rather quiet place with nice beach. So we were very satisfied with those points. But if you want to have party, night-clubbing, etc. It is not a right place to stay. There is a bus stop near the hotel (approx. 2 min. on foot), which goes to centre of Ayia Napa (one way costs 1 euro, daily tickets 2 euros). The bus runs every 15-20 min.(during the night every 30 min.) You can easily catch taxi on the street, which costs 9 euros till Ayia Napa.
Service: As many people already wrote, hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful (from technician, reception, waiters, maids). That was best hotel staff we ever had.
Room: Very spacious. I believe the concept is that you have living room (with kitchnette) and separate bedroom. both rooms have large closet, TV and air condition. There is one safe box. I believe every room has also balcony or terrace. Room is nicely decorated, but the furnitures are getting old. Room is not too clean, but if you do not see too much details, should be fine.....
Food: They provide buffet style food. Mainly bread and salads are excellent, but rest of the food was not always good. Dinners are pretty much similar every day. They need to improve the quality, too.
Beach: Hotel faces directly to the Landa beach. There are some rocks only on the edge of the beach, but it will not disturb you. It is beautiful sand beach and water is very clean. The each sunbed and umbrella costs 2.50 euros, but if you stay inside of hotel area, everything is free. You can also get beach towels at reception.
Pool: On the pool side there are enough sunbed. Pool looked clean and nice. But there is no pool staff watching, so you must have your kids under control.
Family: As I mentioned, many guets are family, but there is no kids club or baby sitters. So if parents want to have some quiet hours without their kids, unfortunately it is not a right place to stay.
Shops/Restaurants: There is a super market near the hotel (2 min on foot). If you walk down Nissi Avenue (the road in front of the hotel) towards Ayia Napa for 15-20 minutes, you get to Nissi Beach area, where you can find some restaurants and shops. There are also two beach restaurants/bars, which is just between the hotel and beach.
