This was a good guided tour which gave us something a bit different for while just for an hour and a half. If you get fed up of the beach or just want to learn something of the history of the place this was a good tour.

If you like history, this is a very good trip to the museum and the territory of the Citadel. It was pleasant to walk inside and visit its small museum.

A very nice place to visit if you're into History and culture. There is a small museum before you get to the outside site, which is informative, concise and well displayed. The ruins outside could be better labelled so you can locate them on the map you're given at the entrance and get information on what you're looking at, but altogether, it's a wonderful site, rich in History from prehistoric times to modern times, with impressive ruins of Greek, medieval and XVIIth + eras in an undercrowded (if not sadly deserted) and atmospheric setting. Well recommended as needs more exposure for being such a rich and fascinating place though unfortunately badly signposted/advertised.
Easy to find at the entrance to Roses and admission prices of 2.5 to 4 Euros. Must see.
