I have nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

I loved the fact that there was a buffet on all the 3 meals with quite a large range of food to choose from.

If you stay at this hotel I also recommend visiting the nearby COYOTE restaurant where I had the best pizza ever. Have fun!

I not recommend to take economy room, it's really small! Other thing - food wasn't tasty, last 3 days we ate in other restaurants. Hotel was quit clean, just one thing - sometimes maid started to lock the door very early - 9am. I don't wanna say, that's bad hotel, but the next generation I will choose a different hotel.

Just returned from a 4 Night all inclusive break at this hotel. We got a really cheap deal so weren't expecting too much. We arrived late and had missed the All inclusive but they did provide cold meat cheese and bread for us to have something to eat! The room we where allocated was like a cell tiny double bed, no balcony and just tiny. Went to reception the next morning and had no issue at all being moved to a much bigger room with garden views and a balcony. Food is really basic but you can get by we where only there for a few days so just ate out in evening. Drinks were good no issue getting served at all. The hotel is very clean and as many reviewers have said has potential to be so much more! Biggest downfall is the pool area. The hotel has 120 rooms and around 20 sunbeds if even! the area never seems to be cleaned there were towels left on beds for days! Made some lovely friends at the hotel so the craic was good and Miguel Was fantastic really friendly! All in all, you get what you pay for so if you get a deal then go and enjoy but do not expect the world! Location wise if you can walk ten minutes will get you to the main area and right beside the hotel is an italian called Coyotte it was lovely and very reasonable if you fancy a change from the all inclusive! One major tip would be perhaps to avoid if you have children as there really is nothing for them.

Room Tip: If you happen to be put in a room without a balcony don't be afraid to ask for a better room the...

for once in our lives we had a ground floor room with a balcony.bit basic but very clean.Food nicely presented a bit limited, but come on no one went hungry. The entertainment suited us darts, shooting, french bowls shuffle board. The evening entertainment bingo karaoke two outside shows and general fun all run by a great host who could relate to all who kept us all laughing.the staff were very friendly. All in all good value for money.

this dated hotel that has a lot of potental, the staff are lovely even though they had not been paid since it opened in april. the rooms are basic and clean. i went with my disabled aunt we were on the ground floor, and that was as far as the help went. there were no rails for her she could not get in the big bed as there were no rails for her to help her get in or out of the bed so she had to sleep on bottom bunk and use the ladders. i could not shower her as the bath was 2ft long and 3ft deep so she could not get in it.
the food was crap we ate frozen chips and brown lettuce for nearly 2 weeks, all the food is bought frozen nothing is fresh and chocolate sponge cake cut in half with yogurt put in middle revolting.other than that it was good. you get what you pay for cheap and cheerfull. i would go to arenal again but not all inclusive.

Room Tip: if you different styles of food and like cheap and cheerfull its for you.

This Hotel does not deserve the bad reviews that have been written. I travelled with a girlfriend of mine for a 7 day break. Didn't know what to expect as reviews are a mixed bag. I think some people expect far too much for the price they pay. The hotel is spotlessly clean inside and out. The food has a few choices and we always found something to our taste to eat. The staff are really friendly ( Jose in the restaurant and Miguel on reception to mention a couple). Junior runs entertainment daily including shooting darts and French boules, and the evening starting with nightly bingo, He is full of beans and very funny. The first evening we were there, MR Costa Verde was crowned, I laughed so much my cheeks ached! The beer wine and sangria, plus soft drinks are on tap and self service. The hotel is located just off the motorway and a 15 minute walk to the Strand and the beach. We had a taxi from the airport as we were told it was cheaper than booking transfers. Wrong! It cost us 23 euros for a 10 minute drive. We caught the airport bus (no. 21) from the strand for 3 euros each on the return journey. Very easy to do. The all inclusive stops at 11pm on the dot but that was enough for us, you can always have a couple just before if you want to drink a bit later. The only real issue we came across was the loo on the ground floor. A major drain issue. It smells really bad at times. Room cleaning service is faultless. I would definitely return here and it is very good value for money

Room Tip: Ask for a pool view and away from the kitchen as the smells do travel to your room
