“Not a hotel/Resort I'd visit again!!”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

Hotel is basic!!
Don't expect a sunbed/sun lounger...I think I counted like 20? So unless you want to lie on concrete or sit on a chair, buy a lio! Complained to reception about this as it's terrible!.
Food is poor!! Never seen so little choice!! Got sick of eating salad, chips....variety is poor! Paid all inclusive and you get cheep rubbish. You'd be better of going to the lovely pizza resturant just outside the hotel which does great food and the owner is lovely. Alcohol and soft drinks are great.
Location "well can't be helped" expect to walk to the beach 10-15mins away". That's if you don't get water bombed by foreign people.
Wouldnt recommend this resort/hotel to British people!! Full of Germans and Itailans, etc. I guess you could say it's their equivalent to our British holiday to Magaluf, which is 10 times better.
As for bars go! Night life is poor! One British bar! blues bar!
Nice beach bar on the front by the sea. But nothing else.
Overall the hotel manager needs to update the pool area and provide more sun loungers and offer better choice of food-4 choices of hot food is not acceptable!!

Overrun by Germans and 14- 18 year old French and Italian teenagers that made so much noise I needed my iPod on full blast just to sleep. Well the first week was an experience of door banging and noisy German stag nights, the second was like a crèche and lunch time was deafening.
They need more sunbeds only 27 for the whole hotel.
On a positive note the staffs were great and the food was edible, something for everyone as long as you like pork. All good stuff and the paella as easily as good as in the restaurants in el Arenal.
The best bit was the all you can drink and help yourself to the wine and beer and soft drinks.
A week would have been long enough ten days about right but 14 days well to long to stay here

Room Tip: make sure you get a big room and get down with a big towel for the sunbeds

Have just returned home after 4 nights in this hotel. Only decent thing is the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general. Only 26 ( I counted ) sunbeds for the entire hotel.... and extremely uncomfortable too. Food was shocking...pork pork and more pork and no butter...." Is only for breakfast". On arrival we were given a tiny room with small double bed and no balcony, despite being told the hotel was full, lowcostholidays.com did a great job in getting us a much nicer room. I didn't fancy spending 4 nights squashed next to my grown up daughter.
My main complaint was the crowds of youngsters who rampaged through the hotel each night, knocking on doors, shouting, banging and generally making life miserable for anyone with a shred of consideration for others. They were rude and obnoxious and made sleeping an impossibility.
Other than that...not too bad !!

My wife and I have just returned from this hotel. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of S'Arenal. We found this to be ok as about 10-12 mins walk to Germany, yes, Germany or it seemed like Germany. We were given a room on the ground floor. Room clean, room maids good, but that was all that was good. Very, very outdated, television found in a skip, no decent channels. Beds very low, hard and old. Not much space for clothes. No hair dryer. Balcony faces local street and very easily accessed from street. Last evening neighbour got shoes stolen and our balcony chair went missing along with next doors. The locks on all doors need to be looked at. Pool ok but if you need a chair or sunbed need to get up at 1 in the morning or as some people were allowed to do just leave them there all day and night. Food, well, if you like pork, fish or salad, you're ok. Very little other choice. All veg Spanish style. Only one not very good toaster, so usually had to queue every morning. PLEASE check before you book that there are no Hen or Stag parties booked. But the worst thing was the hoards of Dutch, German parties of lads that were allowed to make every other guest feel intimidated by their extremely bad behaviour. When the staff approached they really were ineffective at controlling them. The noise at 5 and 6.45 and 5.30 in the morning went unchecked. The higher management really need to sort out the security. THEN came the Spanish students. I cannot believe how rude and ignorant they were allowed to be. I have lived in Spain and never have I or my wife experienced such bad manners. This truely spoilt our holiday. Block booking these children has done the reputation of this hotel no good at all. At approx 10 at night thousands catch the free coaches to Palma and Magaluf discos directly opposite the hotel. Believe me thousands. You get what you pay for But I would take a lot of convincing to ever go here again. Also, drinks served in very small plastic cups. The main bar in the evening shuts at 11pm. OK, but you cannot even buy a drink after that, it just shuts. Entertainment, what entertainment? Animation person just not consistent. I would seriously check all details before you book and if you have any questions make sure they are answered beforehand.

Room Tip: Don't choose ground floor for security reasons. Ones at front get afternoon sun.

If you want a budget holiday this is where to go. Bit disappointed as the adverts online are quite misleading. The rooms and hotel itself are very dated. The beds leave a lot to be desired. Overall it's clean though which is a plus point. The food isn't good and there's not much choice. But for budget prices, this is what you'll get. I would strongly suggest NOT going in June. The local mainland Spanish kids have finished school and descend in hoards upon the hotels in search of cheap deals like everyone else. My friend and I experienced shocking manners from these adolescents and a complete disregard for other people and their personal space or the generally polite rules of society.
That aside. If you're looking for a budget holiday, it's not too bad :)

This 3 star hotel did not have soap, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer in the room. Even after asking for that we got nothing. There was no possibility to have a kettle in the room to prepare baby milk. The wi-fi in the room was payable (20 eur/week). If you want to use free wi-fi you need to go by reception and you can use it just for 1 hour/day. The food was not very delicious ant usually was the same. There was no food in the restaurant that i could offer for 1 year baby. So you get what you pay :)

Booked 6/7 weeks in advance payed 300 all inclusive and was surprised when arrived as to why was so cheap as the hotel was clean and bright. Great atmosphere. The entertainer Yunior (i think his name was) was brilliant. He took a liking to my 10 month old niece Lily even dragged himself out of bed on our day of departure to say bye to her. She loved him. Made us feel at home. Rooms was a good size although bathroom was far too small but was only to shower so cant complain. Food choice was brill plenty to offer. Drinks went down a treat... staff was friendly. Aqualand tickets from the reception was 26euros for a week which was fantastic!! All in all... wonderful family holiday. Will most definately be returning soon.
