“Not pleasant”
Reviewed 5 July 2014 via mobile

Hotel room was clean on the plus side, however that is where the positives end. No air con, no tv, no help at the front desk, in a terrible area of Majorca , condoms on beach, dog dirt in the streets, extremely noisy all the way the through the night, uncomfortably hot. Chance of sleep is zero. It is also a German resort, don't expect the Spanish to speak English. In fact, don't expect anyone to. Be sensible, stay somewhere else.

Great hotel for the price, friendly staff (Dani the bar man was my favourite ;)), clean rooms, nice pool, not far from the beach and shops. Drinks are very strong! And don't expect amazing food, but you can find things to eat there. Yes, the place is aimed at Germans, I didn't meet one English person there, but I was glad of that! I went on holiday on my own for the first time and felt safe at the hotel and Arenal itself, people I met were very friendly and I had an amazing time :)

We have just returned from this hotel. It is a lovely clean hotel our room was basic clean with a ceiling fan no air con and looks as if its just had a make over. But it is not suitable if you dont speak german as everything about this hotel is german signs, entertainment information and food that is cold and limited. snacks between meals were burgers and chips there was no menu for children.you are limited with your drinks cocktails are payable. It is the worse all inclusive we've been to.we were the only british people there and were made to feel very uncomfortable.so spent alot of time away from the hotel which made this an exspensive holiday There where lots of groups of germans that were loud and kept you awake the best part of the night.Arenal is lovely but would not go there again.

I forgot I was in spain and not Germany. All signs and entertainment was GERMAN. Food was cold and vile. Lunch was best. Dinner we had out in the end coz we got SO hungry. We asked for snack by the pool and was offered a wafer of Pizza. VILE.We were told beach front but had to trek 3 blocks uphill to get to the hotel from the concrete manmade beach, If you wanted to swim you had to walk out miles before the water got deep enough. Great for small kids. The hotel was full of couples. 2 men 2 women so not too sure what type of hotel it was. Ugly couples at that !!! It was not helped by drunk German trying to get into our room for 2 hours at 3am.Tried calling down to reception but phones were not working throughout the whole holiday. When I asked them to sort the man out they shrugged and eventually escorted him away. VILE VILE VILE. The only plus was the hotel was spotless. I would not go to that part of spain EVER again.

we went here in sept 2010, food was fine , we are not fussy eaters and found the food to be quite good. snacks are burgers, chips pizza, but the other meals are much more healthier. we found it clean, had no problem with items going missing. pool was quite nice , drinks were good, entertainment was ok . for the money we would consider coming back . beach is really nice. we liked majorca. go slightly out of high season or the room will be too hot (no aircon) !

We have just come back from this hotel.I have to say that we would not stay there again!
The rooms had no air con and it was very hot! you could hire a fan if you wanted to.This hotel is not suitable for a family with small children especailly if you have a pushchair like we did,as there were to many stairs.
The hotel was mainly full of groups of lads and girls that were from all countries.i.e germany - spain - dutch etc.We were the only English there!!!! There was not any real day time activeities that we saw, their was a childrens disco at night that lasted for 20mins only. The staff at the hotel were very pleasent and spoke english quite well.
The hotel is all inclusive but the food was very limited mainly catered for german etc, didnt cater for the kids at all.breakfeast was at 8 til 10 same food every day.lunch from 1-2pm this was packed.dinner was 6.30 til 8.30pm there was alays lots of salad bread that was tough as old boots.dinner consisted of pasta - veal - pork - fish with mainly chips. ice cream you could only get twice a day lunch and dinner snack bar was open from 11am til 5pm there you could get burger - hotdog and chips. drinks you could only get one at a time and all iclusive finished dead on eleven.

The resort itself we found to be lovley the beach was perfect for the kids and very safe.I would stay in this resort again if we could find a english hotel.

Was supposed to stay at this hotel for 2 weeks with my partner and son, contacted travel agent and moved to Palma Nova.
This has got to be the worst hotel for all inclusive. Rooms were unbareably hot, had to hire a fan at 3 euros per night, did not make any difference. Food was terrible, no selection and if you like burgers and pizza for snacks then you are fine, but they never change.
Bar/snack area very basic, plastic chairs and tables that you would have in your garden.
About 5-10 minute walk to the beach, but then its a hill walk back to the hotel. Nothing to do in this area, mainly German and even the entertainment there was not much English.
Loads of Hen and stag parties, this is not a hotel to take children for a family hotel, be warned!
