not hotel emperador any more, palma mazas 2,first off dropped of at wrong hotel, you have a job to sleep at night as so much noise, cant leave door open,no free wi-fi 14euros for 7 days,no air conditioning,200=300 walk for your dinner, pool gets sun on it for about 1 hour day so is very cold best to go up road to the other pool, would not stay here on f/b or a/i as it would not be worth it.will not be going back again let the germans have the hotel all to themselves

Room Tip: get room at back off hotel

Dropped off at the side of a road only to be told its down there, great start. Got to the check in desk nobody on it, eventually made it into the room that was no bigger than 15 by 12 that had to sleep 4 the bathroom u had to shuffle around to do wot u needed. No air conditioning so we left the balcony door open, bearing in mind we was in the middle of the german party seen so no sleep that nite. Breakfast if u can call it that was in our hotel but lunch and dinner was in a sister hotel, the food was unbearable on a daily basis it was the same soup salad rice or pasta. The kids got told off if they ran anywhere the germans threw stuff in the pool (condoms bottles balls) and nothing was said to them, the noise on an evening when we was getting ready to settle was ridiculous. No free wifi no entertainment nothing to do in an evening the 2 games machines they did have didn't work the pool table was the only the kids had and they spent a fortune on it. The only decent thing was the beach. DO NOT STAY HERE sold by ice lolly.com never trusting them ever with my holiday again

Room Tip: No chance of a good room

having just returned from here today (2/08/2014) i thought id put my views in writing whilst my mind is still fresh , this place is no good for a family ,we booked a family room my husband and i had seperate beds , when asked for a double bed we were ignored so had to rearrange the room n push 2 single beds together , then was asked to pay extra for another room for my daughter, being told shed be in the room next too us , no she was away from us , we had to wait 3 days before we could be moved rooms that were available next to each other , it is more like a hostel for the young to get wrecked cause agro n act like complete dicks at all hours of the night with no thought for anyone else staying here , we were lucky if we got 2-3 hours sleep a night with the noise from other residents aswell as the hotel next door . All inclusive , hmm no icecreams for the kids(got told off when brought from the shop ), the bar closed at 11 at night with no entertainment at all (you could only have certain drinks on all inclusive unless u wanted to pay more , all served in small plastic cups unless again u were willing to pay for a glass ), , breakfast served here between 8-10 then nothing until lunch which you have to walk to palma maza to eat this also includes doing the same for your dinner,, the food was edible if u like salad n chips or soup constantly , not good for fussy eaters , the pool is only open between 10 am -8.30 pm , when after u can watch the teens throw allsorts down from the balcony into the pool , just mind nothing hits your kids like it did mine , when i complained nothing was done about it at all ,, no aircon in rooms unlessu pay , no wifi unless u pay no fans unless u pay , no kettle etc in room so u can have a quiet cuppa,,, i can certainly put this down as an experience a bad experience never ever again will i step foot in this place

Room Tip: dont book here

We booked this hotel to take 6 sixteen yr old lads on a short break after leaving school, 2 mums,6 lads, we booked 3 rooms on all inclusive basis, to be fair for what we payed we weren't expecting the ritz, on arrival we were all surprised how clean and tidy the hotel was,ok it's tucked away on a back street but once you get inside it's very clean, rooms big enough, balcony, maid service spot on, plus a small pool area which was quite adequate for a hotel this size, food basic but you wouldn't starve, continental breakfast and plenty to drink at the bar.
The beach is a ten minute walk and it's beautiful, the sea is crystal clear and the beach is spotless, lots of Dutch and Germans not many English at all, which was quite refreshing to be fair!!
All in all we felt we had value for money, give this place a chance if you just need a base with good clean beds, food, service and big plus was 8min transfer from airport.

Room Tip: Room 204, refurbished bathroom,so a lot better than some of the other rooms

We stayed 5 nights at this 2-star hotel (now named Palma Mazas II) and were pleasantly surprised to find there relatively-clean rooms, nice window view, very helpful and friendly staff and tasty evening meals (we had half-board). The hotel is really good for its price! Prepare yourself for a 15-20 minutes walking distance to all the pubs/party locations. The beach is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool are the best as they have more shadow

I booked in here for a week. Iit was unwelcoming, unclean and extremely basic! The only good point was sheets were changed daily! I went all inclusive the food was horrendous no choice of menu! You couldn't have tea or coffee with evening meals only breakfast and they only had one extremely old toaster with one bar that took 20 mins to brown ure bread!! They say they have free wifi but its 4 euros for the day so hardly free! There is no entertainment on at night but if all u want us a bed for the whole of your stay then maybe its worth that at least! Not impressed at all as much I adore mallorca I wont be going here again x
