“Classic Spanish Cathedral”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

Cuenca has one of the most ornate and beautiful cathedrals in Spain. It is what you would expect when you visit a cathedral in Spain. The architecture and baroque style is impressive and well worth the visit. Walk around the cathedral and explore the gardens.

“Excellent Cathedral well worth a visit”

Very nice Cathedral this and well worth the 3 Euros entry fee. Comes with audio guide in several languages and is historically and architecturally interesting.

“Catedral not out of place in a big city”
Reviewed 22 June 2014

We visited Cuenca on a day trip from Madrid, purely for the reputation of the hanging houses. In coming across the Catedral, we hesitated, but decided to go in and we were glad we did. An amazing sized, gothic structure, with side chapels galore and extraordinary works of art. You would expect to find a Catedral like this in any big city in Europe.
There is an entry fee of 3.80 Euros and with it comes a map and audio guide. It's worth it, even for those travellers 'all cathedral'd out!!!'

“Nice”

The catedral doesn't look very interesting from the outside, but it is very big and interesting inside. The audioguide is not expensive and is worthy.
