Like your previous traveller we too were staying in the hotel up the road. We will definitely visit this area again BUT next time we will stay in THIS delightful inn. They give you a lovely welcome . Every-where is so clean. The meal(we had lemon steamed bas )was delicious . The sweet likewise. There is a great choice on the menu and the prices are SO reasonable. The house-wine (rose')was one of the best I have tasted. The service , despite it being very busy (and we know why!) was faultless. Thank you for providing us with a lovely experience

We were staying at the Wolfe Castle Hotel down the road and think we would have preferred staying at the Wolfe Inn. We popped in for an evening meal and found a wonderful welcome, great value and fab food. We will definitely look to stay there next time we are in the area.

We stayed for one Saturday (10 May 2014) and it was perfect.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, Steve even helped us with our bags to our room! We popped to the bar for dinner and a few drinks. The food was delicious and the menu was extensive.

The double room was lovely - very comfy bed and cosy duvet, soft towels and even a comfy dressing gown. All very clean and after the pub closed the room was very quiet - the best night's sleep we've had for some time in a B&B/Hotel.

We had to be out by 8am so Steve and his team kindly prepared breakfast early for us. After our big evening meal I couldn't face a full breakfast, so they very kindly gave us a bacon and sausage sandwich to take with us.

We would thoroughly recommend this pub and B&B and will definitely be back!

Bar nicely refurbished since our last visit in 2012 and comprehensive menu including main meals, light lunches (2 for £12) and snacks. Pleasant staff, quick service, modest prices, nice ambience and dog-friendly in the bar area.
TV with no sound in bar is unnecessary. Musak is too loud, volume only reduced a little on request. We would hesitate to return for these reasons alone.

I stayed here with my husband and daughter for three days whilst visiting family in Pembs . It was a great location, close to Haverfordwest town centre. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and gourmet, made using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We ate in the restaurant for our last night here, one word...amazing!

arrived a bit early, but were shown to our table by a lovely waiter who got us our drinks quickly.
The menu is huge and everyone will find something that suits them!
ordered our food and it arrived in about 10 mins, which was amazing considering there was quite a few people in the restaurant.
one of us had lasagne - this was a disappointment - there was hardly no meat!! The chips, peas, salad and coleslaw that it was served with were wonderful, so there was plenty to be eaten!
dessert was lovely - the only problem we had was that the 'Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake' wasn't hot!

All in all, lovely food and great service - I will definitely return.

Myself and 3 other members of family stayed at the wolfe inn for 2 nights, we had a meal in the restaurant on the first night , plenty of choice for everyone, staff were welcoming and very friendly breakfast was delicious, all freshly cooked and hot, our rooms were spotlessly clean, tea and coffee and packs of biscuits were supplied, there were bottles of water if we needed it, my husband and son shared a room which had a fridge in it. very useful, rooms were lovely and bright, owners have only been there for a few months but have transformed what was once a run down public house and made it into a welcoming place to stay
