Our tour guide arranged a lunch at this riverside restaurant, and had to order our special dish by phone ahead of time. This restaurant was a thatched building on stilts on the shore of Rio Dulce. We were served an unusually delicious fried fish, a small but fresh crab, and a bowl of full bodied, flavorful shrimp soup. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and we rated it 5 stars.
