The tuna was so delicious I loved it! Mike the bartender was entertaining and fun. The surf videos playing in the background on the big outdoor screen set a unique backdrop to relax into the night.

Very laid back, casual atmosphere around a pool. Loved the surf movies playing on the big screen in the background! We came twice because the sushi was so delicious and the service was very friendly and not slow. I would definitely come back if we visit beautiful Rincon again.

Too many things in the same place. First, oir group sat beside the pool but a group of kids were jumping into it and we all got wet. When we asked the waitress to at least tell the kids not to do it the friendly answer was: "thats wht the pool is for". Next, the waitress cleared out that if we wanted drinks we had to go to the bar and ask for them because there were different tickets. Third, because it was "low season" the menu had only sushi and fish related dishes...not even one different plate. At the end, our party of 5 decide to go to another place.I know that Rincón is a very laid back place but...

After 2 weeks of traditional Puerto Rican food, we were feeling adventurous, and decided to try Pool Bar Sushi. Their credit card machine was down, so we didn't order as much as we wanted. The ambiance was very trendy and laid back -- tables around an LED-lit swimming pool, tiki-bar and surf videos playing on a large screen. We ordered two rolls and they were both great. The shoft-shell crab was my favorite. The house salad with crispy noodles on top looked amazing, but they had just served the last one, so I didn't get to try it. Be sure to try the Banana fritters for desert with vanilla ice cream.
